ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card — Not receiving of payment statement

Dear Sir,

On perusal of the last bill for the month of July, 2008, an outstanding due amount of Rs.9459.68 has been shown. Whereas in contrast, I have made all the due payments to ICICI Bank. Therefore, it is not understandable how such a huge amount is shown against my credit whereas all the dues have been paid. I have tried level best to contact Customer Care Manager via Customer Care Telephone No.[protected], but to my utter surprise, there is no option wherein I can speak to Customs Care Manger. Therefore, I request to you to speak / write to me on what basis, the disputed amount which appears to be wrong, is shown. An early reply in the matter is solcitied.

my card no is[protected] i can drop my cheque in sekh sarai drop box i called at ur costmer care last month ur exequtive says our server is down in that case i can submitte my balance amount ie 298 only but today i recive my statement in which ihave to pay 2011which is disgusting i think no one can check previous teleconeucation records or ur exequtive gave wrong information in my life ialways paid all my bills on time pls suggest where i m wrong my mobile no is [protected]
