[Resolved]  ICICI Bank / Current Accounts Department — PF Amount due

Dear Sir

I S. Venkateswara Rao worked in ICICI Bank, Mehdipatnam Branch, Hyderabad from April 2005 to May 2007 as my Employee Id 800757. I applied PF after resigned, but still I did not get my pf amount.

I enquired regardng this last May 2009, Mrs. Neha Reddy, ICICI Hyderabad (Phone :[protected] told me that I got cheque six moths back and it was lapsed on 1st week of May 2009 and she sent that cheque to Aparna, Mumbai (Phone :[protected] for fresh cheque issue.

Since then I did not get my cheque. Recently Neha Reddy infomed me that my cheque was ready but waiting for signature.

Could you please make it done as early possible.
