[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — CIBIL Report WRITE OFF closure | |
Hi , I was Holding a credit card with ICICI bank . I have paid all the outstanding and i have blocked my card since it was lost . But unfortunately ICICI has closed my Credit card account as WRITTEN OFF status and not with CLOSED status . This is impacting my CIBIL Report since it is having a WRITTEN OFF status (with 0 rs outstanding) . I request ICICI bank to change the credit card closure status from WRITE OFF to CLOSED . ICICI Bank — Written off status
I have done settlement on my icici credit card .now in cibil my balance is showing 0 but status is appearing "written off" . As i have got 0 due why status is showing written off .How can it be changed ?

What about NO DUES certificated? did ICICI bank issue you NO DUES certificate?

I was allready get no duse from icici credit card before 1year .But whene i shown my cibil report it shows written off status.After that i request to icici bank for change my status.Bank said we are allaredy send our report to cibil & the status will change by cibil itsself. then i send my no duse report with our sine & request to cibil for change the status but again they said we are unable to change, cntact to bank . I am very suffering, I cant take any tipe of lone please help me

i am subrat pattnaik, from bangalore, My openion is what if peoples r not taking any loan, credit card, personal lone or dont transction with any bank for 6 months and live heardship for certin period .when banks r not doing any transction for six months then they must com to the normal position and never looke any report and bankers r pray to u to take any loan or doing transction with him .Why bankers r doing this types of problem wit any innocent people because of they r not doing any thing over any roudy people because they know what result get if they do any disput problem with him
so my last openion is dont transct any mont with bankers for 6 months and watch the result hope u will get positive result
i also not dping aby transction with any banks what ever i earning i keep my self and invest my own

ICICI Credit Card — writeoffs against my credit card
Sir, i held a credit card of ICICI bank. I had to pay some 10400 rs to icici when i last used it. I got transferred and i changed my billing address to the new transferred adress. But i didi not receive my bills post that. I called the customer care and changed my address again and asked them to send me the statement for payments. When i received the statement, they had levied charges against late payments to which i said that i will not pay as it was not due to my fault but fault of customer care deptt. They said that i should pay my basic usage charges, which i paid immediately but the overcharges were not waived off and finally mails were sent here and there but with no gain. I stopped mailing too as i thought that they would shut up after a while and sent back to them the broken credit card.I later applied for a car loan recently but it got rejected as 13000 Rs had been written off against my name and that information was centrally seen by all banks.
What do i do now. If i pay 13000 i will be paying the amount for no fault of mine and to get my name off the black list i will have to just pay. Its one sort of blackmail. Either i pay, or i suffer.
What should i do.
