[Resolved] ICICI Home Loan — Unability to pay increased EMI in recession:- Refianancing is an option? | |
Hello, I am customer with ICICI and have taken loan of about 15L consisted of 1 Home loan+Top Up.Due to worst market condition i can no longer pay the EMI though i really want an other way out.It has been 2 months I haven't paid.I read in daily newspaper about refinancing.Do anybody have an elaborative idea about it and how to go for it in my circumstances.I can pay EMI of 10k in current scenario and compromise on increased tenure!
