[Resolved] ICICI — for change in mobile number | |||
I am unable to change the mobile number of my ICICI Bank account. Eventhough I have applied this request by going to the bank. They were mentioning that I need to few pending bills of Demat Account and that's y they are not willing to change my mobile number. Was this information helpful? | |||

In case you are using net banking, you need not go to bank to change your mobile no.
After login, go to View/Change Contact details tab, you will get two options, Update Contact no and Update Email Id.
In update contact no, you can change both your mobile and landline no.
Submit and you will recieve some sort of SMS confirming the change.
