[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Insurance not received since one month and rude on call support !! | |||
This is a totally useless courier service. Incompetent and no wonder the icici Insurance company is using this courier, because the people representing icici auto insurance are also incompetent and very rude who dare to slam the phone on your face !! My auto insurance was supposed to end on Jan 1st 2012. Since november 2011 i started to get the calls from all the auto insurance companies everyday and every hours for renewing the insurance. Finally I changed my insurance from hdfc ergo(didnt have any issues with these people) to ICICI lombard(big problem). The ICICI representative came to my company and collected the document and cheque. Till then the ICICI on call representative used to call me and pester me to submit the document everyday. I asked both the on call and on field representative to no submit the cheque now and submit it only on dec last week and they both agree without any problem. Suddenly on 1st week of december i got a sms stating that the cheque has been submitted to back !! (first googly) Somehow i managed to collect the amount and deposit it in account in time !! On 14th dec i got an sms from ICICI lombard - We have dispatched your motor policy on Dec 12 2011 by EXPRESS IT vide AWB No. [protected] and should be received in next 7 working day. till date there is no news of policy. I checked on their website for this AWB number and it says - no information !! I called the CMH road offfice ICICI on call representative - Snehal - Before i completed the complain, she inturupted me only to say, "Sir, what do you wany?" in a very harsh and rude tone i have ever listened to by a oncall representative. This tone was not there before i selected the insurance. I was irrated and told her the entire story. She slammed the phone on me !! I called back and spoke to Kavitha - Hyundai insurance team. I asked her to give their managers number. She refused !! I am planning to go to CMH road office and blasting them on monday. Imagine if i am having this problem now then what would i face if i go for a claim settlement !! Totally sick of these people !! Was this information helpful? | |||
