It is to bring it to your notice that i have been misguided by two of the agents of icici prudential ajmer branch miss archana & miss shalu. We were assured for our policy no.[protected]invest shield cash bak. that although it is for 15 years.But after depositing regularly for 3 years. We can withdraw our amount. After depositing Rs.3,00,000 now we have been informed that if we get our money back we have to bear panelty.We dont want any loss because it is our own money.And now we are not able to pay any further premiem. We invested this amount in the policy for the time of need.Please guide us as to what can be done so that we may get our money back without bearing loss.
