[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Not providing duplicate Policy Document

Dear Sir,

Recently I have purchased a new policy (Life Stage Assure Pension Plan) from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company. I have filled all correct information in the application form. But when I received policy documents, my name & nomination name are wrong on policy documents. I have complain for this to the company and told to provide me corrected policy documents but they told me to issue a duplicate Policy Document I have to pay fees for that though It was not my mistake.

I have Xerox of application form and I have already given application for the same to company through Insurance Agent and email. But i have not received any satisfying answer.

Please Help me.
