[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Agent cheated

Respected sir,
I (srinivasa rao),i have fixed deposit of amount Rs.50,000/- by your AGENT before 3 years ago.Your AGENT took Rs.50,000/- amount from me.He spoke to me that "he was depositing the amount which was taken from me.After 3 years your amount will be back with interest".He said that "You have pay full amount only 1 year".He took signature from me on application form.After 2 months i have got a booklet from your "ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE".

After 3 years i have recieved a cheque from your bank it is just amount of Rs.13,552/- cheque no:469383.I had complient(Dt:05/02/2010) in your office(rajahmundry branch) that i want to return the cheque which was send by you because that is not the actual amount of mine means Rs.50,000/-+interest.Still there is no response from your office staff and they are saying that"GO AN COMPLAINT TO HEAD OFFICE WE ARE NOT RESPONSE FOR THAT".Please solve my problem as early as possible.

REQUEST:Please ask the Rajahmundry branch staff to be responsible towards the customers.
