[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Lifetime Super — Cheating

Icici Prudential has cheated me.
I have Two policies one on my Wife name and the other on my Daughter name, Amount is very huge. I requested the customer care to help me in surrendering the policies. They had send a representative from third party, I think its india infoline
That guy has taken all the necessary documents ( cretificate Proofs) and taken signatures .
After one week, the amount got credited to my referred accounts but to my surprise it was only a small part of the whole amount, I immediately responded to their customer care number toll free number. One Mr. Nagaraj has noted my grievance and told me that it would getr resolved in max 6 working days it was on 9th Feb.
Till date nothing had happend and even ICICI Prudential is also not bothered to address my grievance
