[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — levying o[censored]ndue charges

Complaint - " i have made payment of MY ICICI Credit Card jan statment on time cheque got delayed at banks end - i have take regular followups for my cheque for 15 days some how cheque found n debited to my ac cheque was of full amount. my complaint is the unecessary lavying of interest charges of 2539 + service tax of 313 dt 21/01/2009. even when late payment which was levied on my card was reversed in next statement. here by i request to bank reverse that Interest Charges WEF. this is my 5th attempt to raise my query after my previous mail + written letter(dropped at Ibank ATM) + few call to customer care..

you can make it in next statement as this charge is unnessary levied on my card.
(i cant undersatand why this carge is still there as all other charges like late payment fee etc waived by bank coz cheque delayed at your end - i had make payment of full amount of 81k on time in present scenario..)
i request you to treat me keeping the view that i am associate with your sinnce long n my bank interaction is allways clean
hope your organization will look into it n make the reverse.
