[Resolved] IDBI ATM Case — loss of ATM card and unrequired action | |
it was the fault of your ATM machine at saibaba colony ATM hub in coimbatore on Saturday 18th july 2009, which did not do proper transaction, i.e it got locked inside the ATM and i reported to specified branch told by the guard outside, in the bank i received a careless response stating that your card will be damaged and send to your branch.i am an account holder of indian bank in coimbatore, tamilnadu. i need concerned authorities to take necessary action, it an unnecessary action by the bank to damage the card, because its not a human committed mistake intentionaly. the bank i reported is located near RTO office, Mayflower building, Coimbatore.i have never received a proper response from the bank till now .
