[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 3G Promo data pack not activated. | |||
Hi Team, I recently bought a new phone i.e. Nokia Lumia 720 on 20th April,2013. It comes with a Promo offer with Idea Celluar giving 2gb of 3G data free per month for 2 months. I checked with the Nokia care and they said this offer will be activated within 48-72 hours after making the first call from the new phone. I made the call moment i bought the phone i.e. on 20th April,2013 nad its been 6 days now and the 3G pack is not yet activated. @ 24th April,2013 - The idea customer care are saying they dont have any information on this offer. @26th April,2013 - Now the Idea customer care is saying this offer is only if you purchase a new sim card along with the new phone. However, it is not written anywhere on the offer stciker on the box of Nokia Lumia 720 that you have to buy a new sim card. I have checked the same with Nokia Care and the Nokia dealer, they both said this offer is valid with the existing sim card. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Hi Team,
I got a call from your side 1 week back for "reference number 1-[protected]" and they said the pack will be activated by 2nd May, 2013.
But nothing have been done till date and i have'nt received any notification for activation of the promo pack. Please do the needful at the earliest.
