[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — BILL PAYMENT

Dear sir,
i was consumer of idea celluler postpaid services bhopal.
i was using it from last two years.Due to some reason i had disconnected my services and give written application to idea office for permament disconnection at gate no 1 bhel area bhopal.They charge 1100 rs including all the bill and dues from me to disconnect the number.i had given that much of money.
But i had received next months bill of rs368 and it showing -732rs bill.i had registerd the complaint to the idea office for my money back .they told me that they will return my money within 45 working days at my add. but after 2 months they are unable to return my money and not responding to me very well.
there way of talking is not good.they are just joking with me whenever i go there for my complaints..

pls guide me for how to registerd the complaint at consumer forum.

I am regular user of postpaid connection wide Mobile Number [protected] since August 2008. The plan I choosen for my connection is Plan No. T483. My number is grouped with sakal papers limited.
Unbilled Ammount for month of September is 1621/- which is not real.

Kindly look in to the matter otherwise I would take help of consumer court.

My mobile number is [protected]. I always pay the bill amount regularly. But last two years i recieved the messages of Idea company about the bill payment. I pay my bill Rs.260 on 20 January 2014 at the Idea bill collection-service centre, Kailas Market, Kokanwadi, Railway Station Road, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. But still the company messag is comming on my mobile about to payment of bill. This happens last three to fourth months. I was talk the service centre where i was pay my idea bill but ther response is very bad. While i pay the amount of this month already but i am geting the message about the bill payment still. Please note my complain and solve this.
I hope you give me a positive and proper answer.

For the Mobile Number [protected] the outstanding bill was due for Rs 749 and Rs 500 was paid towards the outstanding amount as per the complaints registered and calls received by the idea people. But still i am getting the complaint call and notices saying your outstanding is due for Rs749.
