[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Wrong Commitment & then GUNDA GARDI

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am idea user since long – may be approx 7-8 years. I am also CUG user of Idea, Taken in 3 -3 group under Congress CUG. That is on my Father, Wife & My name, plus have some on Tech Services Name. I have number of complaints against Idea Cell. I am running Computer Business & so given these number to my Engineers. So I wanted Credit Limit of Rs. 350 to Rs. 500/- as normally Engineer misuse & I get huge Bill as I am paying them Limited amount, So at time of Salary they do argu & all ( this is internal Problem ) so I wanted Credit Limit.

I wrote many mail’s for Credit limit in, but got no response. Then In Sept – Idea Executive came, As I wanted 5 more numbers, I told him the same along with following requirement

1) Wanted all numbers ( old that is of Congress CUG & new )under Take Services Name with scheme Rs. 149/- - CUG free, 100 SMS Free
2) Credit limit of Rs. 350, but they told it will be minimum of Rs 500/- & I agreed
3) Call Conference in 3 numbers
4) Rs. 390 Scheme in 3 numbers

There Executive Name Mitesh Patel ( Agent Code No. – 551188 ) agreed on this but he told that you take 10 numbers, as this is not possible to convert unless it is 20 number in Corporate, He paid me bill amount of 1 month of 5 numbers by cheque as I wanted only 5 numbers & told that your all number will come under CUG in one month, so take this amount of Rent.

Now the main problem started, Mitesh Left JOB, we deposited his cheque & it got returned, but side by side we paid Rent of all 10 Card’s, & that also are not in CUG, we tried to contact Idea, then they all disagreed for above commitments, & after 3 month our card’s came under CUG & I have to pay extra bill of my Engineers as they are not at all in fault. But till date it has not under Tech Services name,

Now the main Problem Started – One of my Engineer left JOB & told me that his mobile got lost, so immediately I logged complain to Idea to stop outgoing of [protected], this was done at 10-35 am of 27 December 2008 with Complain Number[protected], & then I got bill of Rs. 5290/-, & got details that even after my complain, mobile was used – done MMS, ISD calls etc, I called Idea, - surprise reply, they told me that phone was started through Mobile by calling at Customer care, Above that I have seen that ISD is started on it, again same question with whose Permission it has been Started, if it is CUG on Company name then where is authorize person’s details – mail proof, id proof, I don’t think this can be started on Just phone call to there customer Centre – if it has gone to wrong hand’s then Police, my nation might had killed me or on whose name Mobile was . & in real it is on my father’s name aged 72 years, then again – where is his ID proof, as this is on single person name, then how can it be started without his id proof – ( I think this should be done with proper ID proof or mail from Company ID, not even with DOB, I think address / DOB common thing & is known to every body, every one coming to office or even that row.

I don’t want to pay for ISD call’s & bill amount after 27 Dec 2008 10.35 am. So need your support in this too

I want to ask how can they start mobile without ID proof, or mail from office or call from responsible Person of Company. Above that IDEA was very rude with us. & forcing us to keep these mobile started even though they are not fulfilling above demands- I feel this is totally “GUNDA GARDI”

Now we are getting disconnected with IDEA ( we are converting all Post paid card to Pre paid) as our all demands getting fulfilled by other Service Provider – Airtel.

But since Last 2 days they are harshing as by not giving Proper Billing amount, Since 21 we had made minimum 20 calls at [protected] ( some madam is taking phone, she is not even given her name & really very rude in talking – ), Now you guide us what to do, As now our new billing will start and unwontedly we have to pay that, but why should we get penalize for there irrproper response., I don’t think I should pay Bill after 25 Jan, As with this type of attitude new billing cycle will start, So I want your support in This.

I need your support in 2 Complains –
1) We want to close IDEA numbers, in short we want to convert to Prepaid, We don’t want or will pay bill of new cycle after 25 Jan. as 25th is our billing date & we are after them since 21 Jan & due to there irresponsible attitude it is getting delayed, previously we co-operated lot & in turn we have to face problem,
2) For Mobile number [protected] - I am not want to pay for ISD call’s & bill amount after 27 Dec 2008 10.35 am. So need your support in this too

Hope for positive response from your side, Hope you will understand by problem & I think you will also agree that I am nowhere in fault, but idea really did wrong with us. We don’t want anybody to come to our office for payment, so we also had submitted our written complain to there Baroda Office on 7-1-2009 as we got bill on 5 – 1 -2009, we had tried to got it solved through there customer care, but as usual no proper response, so on 7th Jan 2009 we went to Alkapuri Office, Landmark Building to submit written complain, We met Adarsh Verma ( Assistant SM) & Niraj Chaudary ( SM ), but they didn’t listened & even accepted our Application & told to submit this to their assistant Sarika, So we have Sign of Sarika on our application,

So at last we thought of you.
