i m not satisfied with the information provided by the customer care executives and even the supervisor could not provide me knowledge completely why are they on the seat if they r not able to handle the customer and if they have no knowledge about their job.

regarding- reconnection of Idea mobile no_[protected], A./c No. 51065334
My Idea connection had been stolen few months back, NUMBER [protected]..
when our connection lost we informed to nearest IDEA office N.A.C. Manimajra Chandigarh
and to idea customer care
now they charging monthly rent on ([protected]) this number which we already inform to closed
we visit nearst IDEA office NAC manimajra chandigarh on 30/11/2009. we have four more connections on IDEA ..they inform us the dues of our four numbers but our communcation doesn't match with them
we have four more connections on IDEA following numbers:
1. [protected] of payment Rs.620
2. [protected] of payment Rs. 508
3. [protected] of payment Rs. 1015
4. [protected] of payment Rs. 672
we will deposit all the dues of these four numbers by 1/ 12/ 2009
please, disconnect our rest of four number till by 1/12/2009 after this we will not pay any monthly rent/payment to IDEA.

hai i brought a 25rs sms service pack 1jan2010 . but net activate my sms pack plz cheak my number [protected]

i got the idea number [protected] with full document submission and few days i received the msg of non document submission but after talking to the customer care i received the msg of inconvenience that i faced and the number was activated and now again my number has been deactivated (no outgoing and incoming calls) with all this am facing a lot of problem as i cant submit my documents again and again for the same thing.
