deactivate gprs
sir,
I beg to say that i have idea prepaid connection with number 09912673441.
(1) I wanted to deactivate my internet services from idea.
I have already called the customer care many times to deactivate the unlimited gprs service @rs 20/day.
But the amount of money is still deducing.
(2) I have already send the message to deactivate the service(i.e DEACT gprs20 on the number 12345 as the customer care told).
But the amount of rs.20 is still reducing from my prepaid account daily.
So i request you to take the matter seriously.

Idea customer care is not responding when ever i make they just pick up the call and disconnect it without giveing respones.plz help meas soon as possible.

I am customer of idea from last seven months. My idea no. is 09011233130. I have activated GPRSUNLT i.e., gprs unlimited plan, 2 days ago on rent of Rs. 30/- per day, and i have proper settings for that but its not working properly. The they decrease my balance by Rs.30/-. Whenever I tried to surf its disconnected. Then I send message to deactivate service but they are decreasing my balance.
Idea also has poor service. Whenever I called customer care they takes lots of attempt, when they pick up the call they spoke very rough. Plz help me.
I just hope they will improve there services.

I send many messages to deactivation my NET 20 plan & also call to customer care. But the plan is still activate.

My name is Manu sreenivasan, I activated that 49/month unlimited internet browsing.But i was not able to use that.I just leave that.But last day I lost my 49 rs, then i called customer care and ask what happens they said that its renewal thats why your money go.I just said ok, even that time i didnt get my idea setting.Then once again called customer care and they said 'dial *5789# ' I dial that and i got setting even i cannot use internet.Then i decide to deactivate this setting I asked for that and they said send "UNREG_SE to 55055.I also send that and they reply that the given code is invalid what should i do now help.
WHAT I WANT IS TO DEACTIVATE THIS GPRS, HELP ME.

!dae...m using ur connection since past 3 years, n im trying to deactivate my net 20 plan.i have foolowed your instruction but its not geting dissconected, m loosing a hell lot of money each dae...so plz deactivate it as soon as possible.or else il sue you !dea...mind it!il complain in newspaper!

I was activated idea 25 gprs unlimited plan but now when i was deactivating it, it was not deactivating

I just dialled the number shown on mty mobile to get more info about the GPRS services on my prepaid number. the next thing i know, i am being charged everyday, and the services don't even work. i try calling up customer services on the number 9844098440. you get a few choices, but when you wait to speak to customer service, you get a voice message that the idea number you are calling is an invalid number. I would like to discontinue the GPRS. I think it's wicked that IDEA makes people pay for services they don't want, and have no way of disconnecting the services. I can't keep recharging every day, when i'm not using the services. Please help, or else i will be forced to disconnect the number.
