[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Ltd. — cheating by IDEA -use 3G/2G- dont keep main balance

i am using IDEA 3G services since long time .
i regularly recharge 3G pack and use for browsing with my samsung s3 smartphone.
if i keep my main balance more means more than 20 rs .
while browswing suddenly they will debit 20rs from my main balance .
even if i have 3g data still un used also.
this happend to me 3-4 times.

when i call and ask customer care means they will tell you have downloaded games.

and they will bluff the caller and they will tell to go any idea shop .
they simply debit to 20 rs 20 rs to customers if somebody notices and ask they will bluff the customer.

if i have downloaded games means it should be in my phone they cannot trace in my phone where it is ?

for me i am OK i paid 20 rs for some games which i don't know .if they show me which game and where it is i will play that game so that at least i am happy.
bu trusting idea i paid recharge value to IDEA.because by call charges debiting 20rs is too difficult now a days.so this type of scams IDEA is making money.

when i use INTERNET In PHONE they DEBIT FROM IDEA MAIN ACCOUNT.
IF i browse internet in computer HOW YOU CAN DEBIT , THIS CLEARLY INDICATES SCAM ACTIVITY OF IDEA . they dont know website what downloaded where downloaded but bill is 20 rs every time.

if we always keep our main balance below 20 rs , they might be having some other debit structure also .

PLEASE IDEA USERS BE CAREFUL when using 3G .
if 100 people ask they can stop otherwise they threaten the customers with polite words " we cannot refund whatever you can do you you do it"

if any top officials of IDEA are reading this Please take care of your company.
i know how hard to build a company, sales network and getting customers
these types of activities will make overnight bad reputation.

please leave tie ups with such types of websites because customer can ask only YOU, they don't know who are they .
