Idea Cellular — Blackberry services and billing issue | |||
Dear SIr, This is regarding the complaint of Idea cellular blackberry services. Dtails of the event is given bellow. (1) A Post paid connection with No. [protected] with SIM No.[protected] and Account No.51305717 is registered with Ravi Kumar Yadav. (2) I opted this connection for Blackberry services. (3) As my Blackberry plan was 1099 hence I made a payment of 1000 in advanced so that it activated. (4) Problem with blackberry services was not working in Ludhiana although it work's very fine outside LUdhiana like Delhi, UP, Noida and other places. (5) I have logged complaints almost 20 times and mail the same compaint to special branch who take care of blackberry problems only. (6) Finally when I didn't get any responce from Idea I have changed the SIM and my set also. (7) Still the problem was as same as it was earlier (8) I have waited for two months and asked for a time limit till 7th of April'10'. (9) When 7th arrived I contacted to support team as 8th would be my next bill generation date. (10) One of member from Idea networing team visited me Name Mr. Kulvinder told me that he couldn't understand the problem so I decided to close the connection. (11) When I asked to close the connection at Sanchit Telecom, Ludhiana (12) They contact their Chandigarh based main office and they check my details and asked me to pay 1800 Rs. to get this connection closed. (13) when I asked the details of my bill they told me that your blackberry services will be charged Rs. 1099 and other applicable charges also. (14) When I have made a advanced payment of Rs. 1000 and also I am closing my connection before my bill generation date how they can charge me? (15) Although Sanchit Telecom head has told me that My connection will be closed and they have made a request a viewer that your charges have to be cancled as I didn't use any services. (16) I have lost more than Rs.4000 but didn't get any proper services. (17) They are calling me and asking me to pay 17,00 Rs. Kindly help me as I have enough torchered from Idea side and I hope that someone from your side would listen my problem and suggest me the right action to take against this kind of harshment. Idea — Closing of Subscription Base Service

i have purchased new 3g sim of idea for my blackberry, as i would like to activate my bb services on mobile i have been calling to customer car and bb help desk for last 4 days i havent got correct response . then after a furstated swap of calls from customer service and bb help desk of idae cellular i called up t o198 complaint an executive with an rude attitude receive and haven't took my complaint. as i was using airtel services in 2g it good one i now appele all the people not to purchase idea 3g or for bb services jr bacchan you should stop promoting the 3g ur reputation is has been sucked finally for the ceo i[censored] cant help el[censored]r customers problems then go for a business for vegetable vendor ur services sucks ur executive dosent have any information about ur companycheck ur records for details you might have recording all the call to train ur executives.

Idea — cheating on bill of blackberry services
Hello Idea customer service,I am really dissapointed and sad with the bill charged to me for the month of setember october of more than 1500 for number [protected].I called the idea customer and they told me that you have been charged for using GPRS i wanted to tell you that one cannot uSE BLACKBERRY SERVICE without the activation of the service.So only after the written application of mine in the nearest idea office i got my services activated i will not pay the extra 400 rupees charged to me for using the same services for 1 day for which i am already paying the rent monthly ie 299 (social lite plan).I am sorry to say that I will discontinue with the idea services which i am using if this is not resolvedd ASAP.

Idea Cellular — Problem in Payment
Respected Sir / Madam,I have been harrased by IDEA Cellular. I have lost my mobile along with SIm card no. [protected]
At that time balance outstanding was Rs.847/-. In this regard i have paid Rs. 399 as a deposit at the time of taking sim card. I used this card only for 1 1/2 month. After few days Mr. Prashant had given a call to me regarding payments. I told him the story & he agreed on full & final payment of Rs. 450/- (399+450=849) total payment made by me to idea is Rs. 849/-. But still they are asking me to pay Rs.471/55. In this regard they send me notice also. I dont understand why should I pay more. Whatever I use as per my knowledge & there billing I have already paid. But they are asking extra amount which i have not used. Please help me to sort out this matter.
