i am trying to connect customer care from 6-7days ..still it is saying lines are busy...This is really wasting my valuable time and also irritating ...


My problem is ...a GPRS serivce is activated at 30 rs/day amount is charging ...i want to deactivate this service .

This is to inform u that My SELF MANPREET SINGH, USING IDEA NUMBER : [protected], I had pay my mobile bill .

"AT WAVES ELECTRONICS, NATIONAL ROAD, BHAI BALA CHOWK. OPP PARK PLAZA, LUDHIANA, " I paid my bill on 18 -06-09 at 11.30 AM but after 24 hrs i am not able to call from my cell due to ur dealer does not update my account at ur office . i had deposit 1481 rs in my one account and 400 rs in another two accounts . But I AM STILL HELP LESS TO CALL FROM MY CELL . i CALL UR CUSTOMER CARE TWICE THEY HAVE NO ANS . I TOLD THEN I HAVE DEALER NUMBER U JUST CALL AND ASK THE SAME, BUT THEY SAID THIS NOT OUR JOB, THEY ARE ASKING FOR RECIPT NO ; OF MY BILL.. i VISIT UR DEALERS OFFICE THEY SAID THERE IS NO LIGHT WE WILL START AFTER 3 PM TODAY, BUT NOW TIME IS 4.35. THERE IS NOP RESPONCE . i CALL HIM TWICE HE SAID I AM OUT OF OFFICE CALL ME AFTER 20 MINS .

THIS IS TO INFORM U SIR I AM USING THIS NUMBER FROM LAST 6 YRS . I HAVE TWO ADD ON NUMBERS WITH THIS . NOW I AM GOING TO TAKE OTHER COMPNY CELL NUMBER .

PLS REVERT I[censored] REALY WANT TO GROW, OTHER WISE PLS DISCONNET MY NUMER FROM TODAY ONWARDS.

IDEA GSM Mobile — Refund amount for not providing service

As per service provider message received then i recharged Rs 4 and they have not provided service has per the message and then they also increased the call rates when i called and asked the IDEA call center representative then they said this service can not be provided my number and also said to get normal call rate i need to Recharge Rs3. I need the my amount need to be refunded to my account.

Sir, I am using idea Sim & My Mobile No is[protected].At the date 5/11/10(dd/mm/yy) i recharged
my number with Rs 12 SMS Pack in Which idea mobile of Punjab Circle have described 120 Local & National
SMS Free in their pamphlets & at their Punjab Site.I am using this Pack first time.After
recharging when i sent messages they deducted amount from my account for each SMS.When i Contacted
to their Customer Care they said that Holidays are not applicable for Free SMS Pack & your
deducted amount would not be refunded.but these things they have not mentioned in their Punjab Circle
Tariff chart pamphlets and at their Site Tariff Chart.So Please help me to refund my deducted amount

My no is [protected] from delhi.My service provider is idea and i'm prepaid customer of IDEA.on 25 febuary 2011 i take internet scheme of Rs.13 for free internet usage for 3 days upto 150 mb.but on 26 febuary 2011 they cut my whole balance of around Rs. 265 for using gprs(INTERNET).when i try to complain in idea in their no's 12345 and 198.they disconnect my call after some time and not register my complain and not give me any complain no.One of customer care executive told that i use gprs in Chennai ,so because this scheme not applicable in roaming that's why my charges are fair .But they never send me any message (sms) regarding that this scheme of Rs.13 is not applicable in roaming .Other customer care executive told that i cross the 150 mb limit but in this case also they never send me any message (sms) regarding finish of 150 mb.beacuse there is no way they given to check how many mb's are used out of 150 mb .in these both cases they should atleast send me one message(sms) regarding finish of 150 mb or this scheme non applicability in roaming services and when on 28th February i call 12345 one time and 198 many times (7-8 times) and when i want to talk to some seniour manager of their call center ,the customer care executives instead of transfer my call to some senior manger, they just transfer my call to some of their colleges or friends .They behave so informally and not registered my claim of refund complained.
I want my refund of Rs.. 265 in my prepaid mobile no-[protected]

I chitta ranjan mishra, a customer of idea cellular service and the no is [protected],a life time SIM but now after 3 month when I come back from Banglore i noticed that my sim is out of service.Actually i am going to Banglore for a short course.That my number is known to all my friends and relatives.I am facing a lot of problem and need that exact number.Please solve my problem.

6 nov 12.29 p recharged idea account for 35 rs free sms scheme n den company did not offred it n above dat has no account for rs 35 wich idea cellular hav retained if mentioned service is not given benefits n olso does not hav an account of single penny of customers.... i want either refund or activation of d service offred n validation of 30 days
