[Resolved]  Idea Net Setter — Shown error 619

netsetter — Not working properly since activated

I Sandeep Kumar got an idea net connection [protected] in my name on address 114/5A Shivaji Nagar Gurgaon on dated 14-05-09 and activated on same date but after activation it is not working properly and disconnect automatically and showing the activate status. I have lodged complaint many times Idea assure me to rectify the problem within one day but since it is not working properly. If it will not work properly then I will have to threw it in dustbin and will advise to all user not to take idea net connection because idea commitment and services is really really very poor.

Pl. remove the device, re-start computer, put the device wait till device detected and software loaded. After it connect. It will work. I also face the same error and resolved error with above procedure.

Your no should be deactivated. Pl. activate the no from Idea after their confirmation of activation remove the device, re-start computer, put the device wait till device detected and software loaded. netsetter — Very Slow, Not working everywhere, Excess charges

I have purchased/get connection on 30.06.2009. It is very slow and it was not working at every place. At the time of sell, the Idea personnel told me that it will work every where and it is enough fast. But it is very slow and it doesn't work even though the place where the Idea connectivy is very fine. They took charges for this month also even I had paid the charges in advance. They informed me that I will get back the excess paid charges after two mothns. If they know that I had paid charges in advance, then why they are charging me. It is not good Idea. It is very bad Idea Sirjee.

i also purchased a IDEA NET SETTER from punjab. i was told that it will work everywhere in india. now i hv come to maharastra and my IDEA NET SETTER has stoppped working. it is showing ERROR 619. i hv tried everything but it is not working

Please take following steps-
Remove Data Card from Computer/Laptop. Go to Run Command from from Satrt Menu. Type %temp%. Click on OK. You will find various files in this Folder. Select all and delete. Close the Window.
Then Open Internet Explorer.Click on Tools Menu. Then Click on Internet Option. Delete cookies. Then Restart your Computer / Laptop. Push Idea Netsetter into USB Port and wait for initialization. After device initialization connect to the internet.

yaar aisa nhi hai ki speed slow hai... actually in prepaid idea net setter ...s/w is not well... try s/w of IDEA POSTPAID net setter... then u will get unbelievable speed...
yaar mere paas tha postpaid wala s/w but system format karte hi..delete ho gya...

how do i find out the validity and balance for my idea netsetter

maine nuya modem liya h or mujhe shuru se hi 619 ka error buta raha h or connect bhi nhi hua ek baar

i am having the same prob of errr 619.I have tried everything deleted temp files, reinstalled software, refreshed idea net setter properties, also defragmented my disk, even then it is showing the same prob...if any one is having other method, plz help me out.

dear sir, i had purchased a IDEA NET SETTER from kullu, himachal pradesh on 1.8.2010. earlier it had worked from begening to 17.05.2011. after that the connection show that please find this error 619 : a connection to the remote computer could not be established, i hv tried everything but it is not working. plz provide the solution for the same

why 619 error occurring...

My 3G idea net setter bearing No.[protected] has not been working for the last fortnight.. The response shown by the net setter is " REMOTE COMPUTER DID NOT RESPOND. SO PORT WAS DISCONNECTED" Despite my several requests to idea customer care my problem has not been resolved. I was only told that their is no problem at the end of IDEA. It is surprising that albeit I was given a complaint No. 1-[protected] but no action has been taken till date and still neither my device has been working nor any action appears to have been taken at my request.
