I want my bill on mail so as to reduce the wastage of paper.

AS I AM WORKING IN SERCO BPO PVT LTD. YOUR NETWORK PEOPLE HAS OFFERED ME FOR A POST PAID CONNECTION AND I GAVE MY ALL DOCUMENTATION HE DIDNT GET BACK TILL NOW I DIDNT GET ANY SIM CARD BUT YESTERDAY ONE PERSON CAME TO MY ADDRESS HE TOLD TO PAY THE BILL. BILL AMOUNT IS AROUND 3000 RUPPEES. HOW ITS POSSIBLE?????????????????
