I booked New delhi to Indore air ticket (jet airways 9W7121) on 5th Dec 2010 noon time for journey on 6th Dec 2010 online and paid amount of Rs 2932 via netbanking.The money got deducetd from my account .However AIrline refused to acknowledge. On retrying again, another amount of Rs 2932 got dedcuted from my account and this time Jet airways accepted. The previous transaction is still not reversed after 7 hours. I(Akash B. Paldiya) recharge my mobile phone through CorpNet Banking regularly.
But Last time(Dt.: 29/11/2011) when I tried to recharge my phone by Rs.150,
the Bank deducted money(Rs.150) from my account but I didn't get the Talktime.
In complaint with the Customer Care Executive of mobile company,
he said that they had not received money from my account due to any technical problem
and my bank(Corp Bank) will credit the amount in my account within a few days.
So I want to know when the Bank will refund the Money?
