Sir,
Sub: False claim of bill from INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED
I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.
This company is claiming Rs 500 from my Citibank account from the past 3 months i.e Dec 11 , Jan12 and Feb 12.
The amount is getting deducted on the 2nd or the 3rd of every month.
Beauty is that I don't receive any message from citibank regarding this...

I booked New delhi to Indore air ticket (jet airways 9W7121) on 5th Dec 2010 noon time for journey on 6th Dec 2010 online and paid amount of Rs 2932 via netbanking.The money got deducetd from my account .However AIrline refused to acknowledge. On retrying again, another amount of Rs 2932 got dedcuted from my account and this time Jet airways accepted.
The previous transaction is still not reversed after 7 hours.

I have made a online net banking to PVR CINEMAS through ICICIbank website redirected to my ICICI, the transaction showed failure but still my account is not debited Rs. 330/- its had been more than 2 months now, I am unable to track my money, ICICIbank use Indiaideas.com for there payment gateway, this is horrible as I don't know where my money has gone, plz help.I contact with ICICI bank thru mail,what they replied that they transfored...
