As discussed on telecom just a few minutes back , Your person has come and viewed for himself that the problem is not yet resolved and he can confirm that the wash quality is far below expectations.

I would sincerely hope that at least now you will help us by doing a replacement of the machine with new machine and solve our complaints .

while my machine was running yesterday smoke was seen with some sound and machine was switched off immediatly.

I had purchased your product dishwasher on 29.12.2009 but installed only on 27.01.2010. The panel board in the machine has been replaced four times within this short term. The date of change of panel boards are on 26.06.2010 (twice) and 24.08.2010 (twice). The problem faced on these two times has again occurred now. We are not satisfied with your product and within the short time our machine has been repaired by your untrained engineers and it has not been fitted in the same condition as it was in the time of purchased. So we can't offered to use this product any more. So we want a replacement of this machine immediately within 24 hours. We want your feed back immediately.
This regarding my IFB washig machine, which has a problem and not being resolved by your service team.

The table top started cracking which indicates poor material / poor workmanship. In view of this why the customer should pay for the defects caused arising out of manufacturing.

Request you to please help.

It is with great anguish and pain that we write this mail to complain of the pathetic service and product quality of IFB Washing machine

I am suffering from last 2 days but still I have not receive any call from your service center or from service center technician, today morning 10.30 also discuss with your Delhi in charge Mr Raman ( [protected]) but interesting feedback I got from him. Just receive my call and reply your call will close by today EOD without note any complain number and details .no ways I have also share my complain by SMS to him, hope he will read my sms and close my complain today

Now I have try to Mr raman 2 times but they are not picking my phone and I need to repair my machine today
