[Resolved] IFB / Elena — Recurring Problems after the first year | |||
After the first year of buying Elena for about 15K rs, 2-3 times a year there is a problem. Each time they charge a BOMB and the cost of maintanence has exceeded the cost of the machine is about 4 years !! unbelievable. I think it is better to get a new LG or Samsung machine and discard this one. Can IFB look at the history of complaints and the cost and give 1 free service this time? the GASKET needs to be replaced !!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I got this repaired by paying last month..2 weeks later the same problem and now they are asking for 800 rs.. looks like i need to junk of this and then get another one . Maybe LG or Samsung.
