[Resolved] IFB Industries — Failure to repair angular model washing machine | |||
Hi, I am Dola Krishna. I hail from Tirupati. Two and half years back, we have bought IFB angular washing machine worth 32, 500 INR. Occasionally it used to get repaired. Service persons used to come and repair washing machine. They have sold many products which are not necessary. But there is not other forego. Last month, our washing machine has failed to start when switch it on. It is over a month. Service persons used to come and go. Still they have not identified the root cause for repair. They have told that both the circuit boards would have damaged! But they are not sure about it. If IFB cannot service products which they own, why they sell them in small towns like Tirupati? sir,we are customers of ifb......we purchase a washing machine of your company at nellore .....it has been troubled since one year,we have already complained you.,but some officials of your company came here and tried to rectify the problem,but the problem has not been rectified,we called them again...but they are neglecting our request.......please rectify our problem as soon as possible....thank you.IFB WASHING MACHINE — FAILURE IN WASHING MACHINE SERVICE
Being a customer of VAIRAVA AIR -CON VILLIVAKKAM .With response to my ad Ms Gomathi & Mr.Senthil from Vairva Aircon Contacted me regarding the service of my IFB washing machine & also assured to replace the spare parts of IFB concern by Claiming Rs .3900 -/-(THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED )But they told lastlyafter getting the full amount from me the IFB SPARE PARTS are not availble with them & also they assure alternative spare parts are suitable for my washing machine. But after servicing them IMMEDIATELY the machine is functioned with some noise rised. For that they replied gradually it would be solved but the sounds are comming while operating & lastly the machine is stopped .But till date they are giving false reply to my approach over my mobile conversation but they din't service the machine in good condition. IFB WASHING MACHINE — Circuit Board Fault
we have a AMCwith that company . We registered complained with that company / service provider last month itself (i.e Feb 10 ).But there is no response. We make a call to them many time, but they tell some reasons. So we want immediate remady.
