[Resolved]  imintpoints — Transfer of Reward points - no response from either from Bank or from from their business partner imintpoints

ICICI Bank, Kolkata, India, had transferred all the Reward points to imint, against my ICICI Bank Credit Card (Master Card - Gold) No:[protected], but, imintpoints has neither any facilities, set-up or out-lets in the city of Kolkata, India, nor the imintpoint Membership Card provided to me and no communication received by me from imintpoints.

I have a ICICI credit card ( Card No [protected] & I was informed in the month of March that all reward points was transferred to Imint point. I got the telephone No [protected] & when I contacted the customer care of Imint point they provide me the Card no [protected] & told me that the card will be reached within 3 working days. But the sadest part is till date I have not recd any card from your end. From march 08 onwards I have informed several times but the result is Zero. I can't redeem my reward points. Pl take necessary action so that I can get my Imint Card & able to redeem the reward points at earliest.
iMint SUCKS. I called their customer care central and they told, card has been delivered to me, which I never received. I don't know to whom they delivered my card. I sent tons of emails but not even a SINGLE reply from those [censored]g people.

My client Mr. Bipin Patel, Dy. Mamlatdar from Jamnagar never wanted any credit card of your bank.

Though you/bank are giving again and again cards to my client.

In this way my client is totally harrassed by time, money & energy.

So, please get it back within 15 days from my client or me.

Otherwise my client has to take further legal action in legal way and for that you/your bank will be responsible for that. Plz mind well.

Am murali from kolkata, they are not providing local or tollfree number, if koklata people will contact to imint customer care they will spend the money(according to icici customer care) .Even though i call to banglore customer care i gave the complaint on march 2008 they will not take any action. am sending mails also at that time am getting on;y auto response, till now i did't get any response, what a service, how much icici will get the money from icici.
REgarding i min points iam also facing the same problem.
Till now i had not received any imint card and unable to redeem the points.
i totally agree with all the comments. i have an icici bank credit card and since feb'08 all the points earned have been transferred to imint. although i have got my imint card but the points accrued in my name do not reflect in the a/c and thus i have not been able to redeem them.
have contacted both imint as well as icici but even after promises the issues have not been resolved. the imint site is also out of order most of the time.

imint page web site does not work most of the time. When you contact, they say site is under renovation. How long they will renovate?
I'm following the same pattern as most of you have mentioned. Probably we should do something about it. Can we expose these things to media (news channels 24x7) and ask them to deliver a program on this?

There is no response from the IMINT nor any card is dispatched to me
Most of the time imint site doesn't work.I've been unable to redeem any points from my imint card no. [protected] associated with my ICICI credit card.This reward program is of no use at all.

I dont know what kind of loyalty program this imint is. Probably another posh way to mint money for themselves. These imint guys and thier preferred partners are deceiving Indian people. They may not oblige always but atleast they can reply obligingly. God save India. The rewards program is just of no use. One dissatisfied customer is enough to spread the word. You imint guyz might ignore this, but let me tell you that you will soon face the consequenses. You are playing with customers money, you bloody cheats. Your responses take years together to reach us. Let me tell all imint users that you are being deceived in broad daylight.

I have been facing similar prob..these imint guys are sucking consumers money and now after reading all these above mentioned posts my believe has grown stronger..since all o[censored]s here are mostly facing similar probs.

They'll give you, ur card number on phone when u'll call them and tel u, u will get it in 2-3 days and you will never end up recieving one for SURE.Since, you dont have a card, u can't register urself to the site 'cause some CVV no. is required i.e. printed on the card and hence, you wouldn't be able to redeem your points.

I wonder how much money and with how many people's money they are playing with...

people reading this and facing the same prob..please add more to this and spread the word..

To my believe there is no bigger tool than WOM(word of mouth)...

I completely agree with the complaints filed against imintpoints
Some of the harrowing experiences that I have had with imint are:
1. Website not available most of the times
2. A highly useless and non responsive customer department
3. Points transfered from ICICI not visible in the imint statement
4. Points not received for 6 months and more for Imint card swiped at Imint partners
5. Information on website not update. Imint partners listed on Imint website are actually not accepting the imint card.
I personally feel we should pull up ICICI for this reward program mess as they are the ones who have gone and tied up with imint without actually doing any kind of home work on imint.
Exactly same thing happened to me. I have made 20 telephone calls in last 3 months and sent tons of email but NO RESPONSE FROM IMINT.

Lets pull them in consumer court-
Well ICICI bank has done the same with me and atleast I have decided to change my credit card,
They did same for me. They transferred my credit card points to imintrewards without even notifying me.
I also dont have any imint card.
I am holder of imint card no.[protected]. I am not provided a password to log-in. I had send an e-mail in this regard but no reply.

Hindustan Petroleum petrol Bunk near my house is not aware of imint card and hense I could not get the reward points .

Kindly respond to the e-mail immedietly.
