Cancellation of my PAN card
I was allotted a pan card AEOPM3580P. The department says that I was allotted another card to me, which has not reached me till date. The original card was allotted long back. As a Manager of Nationalised Bank, I was submitting my returns and had opened DP accounts and had done many transactions using the same. But now the department has unilaterally disabled my card and is asking me to get a duplicate of the card which i had never received. I had sent a complaint and request to Income Tax Dept, Cochin as well another one to Finance Minister to restore my earlier card and disable the non-existant one. Till date I had not received any reply from any of them. Please help me to restore my old card.

Really iam fedup to stay in chennai city,since the rent hike severly affect the middle class people,now the average house rent is minimum 6000 to 8000 rupees even though you can't find good hygeine and neetness,being a average person how we can pay such huge rent,is there the house owner,s really paying tax for their rent collection some of the areas the rent level is goes up to 15000 per month is they pay rent tax.Government should take response and help publics

please find the i.t no : bhpps8233q, mr pramod kumar srivastava, address b-37/33a, birdopur, kamaksha, varanasi. this person is filing his & his wife pooja devi'sincome tax return falsely since last 3 yrs. his original buisness is of durgs supply i.e herroine, cocaine every thing in durgs. his c.a is ashok mittal ., at laksha varanasi who is turning mr promod's black money in to legal money. kindly look in the matter. thanks regards.

Mr R.Elango and Mrs. P.Banumathi residing at 3/1 Gopalapuram 2nd St, Gopalapuram Chennai-89, both employed as bank employee and high court employee repectively are getting money from USA through their sons & investing there in their names.But not paying taxes or maintaining records for those.
Kindly look into the matter.

With due respect to you, Sir today i receive a PAN Card through courier [ Name of NAZIA, D/O Mohd Fahim, DOB: 16-02-1990, Pan No. Alloted : AHCPN9852A.] at my residence [ ADD. 28/42, Kastoorba Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi - 110032.]
I would like to inform you that there are nobody name of NAZIA, someone try to misguide or submit worng address to Department due to any reason.
I am the owner of this house and i inform you there are no Nazia. Kindly request to you please cancle this Alloted PAN No. AHCPN9852A.
Its totally Fraud case to attach others residence document to department. She not living here in any past, we are here from last 20 years, May be she is showing wrong address due to any reason or apply any kind of LOAN and thinking about any type of fraud.
Please consider it SERIOUSlY.

Dear sirs,
we like to complain about private clinic like in andheri Belle vue nursing home
Tel : 2673 6120. they have icu unit, as mother was admitted and given very high
inflated bill of 14, 000.00 for two days.
I am sure this clinic, even dont pay proper income tax, as they did not give me even
officicial receipt.
we like to help your department, and be very strict, as they must give receipt and
they should pay to income tax, what is their income .

MY PAN NO. AAMPI4238G, I, filed my ITR with income tax department, Delhi on 30.07.2007 and obtaint acknowledgement bearing no. 3001001553, that the income department issue a notice to my tax deductir company and my tax deductor company sent the reply same in the month of March, 2008. the delhi income tax department process my ITR but not sent the REFUND TILL TO DAY, MY CLIENT APPRICHED WITH HIS ADVICATE BUT THERE IS NO RESULTY.

being a good citizen of india this is our duty for the growth and prosperty of the nation that we have to inform our goverment of non tax payers useing there black money to crush the economy of the nation and the middle and lower income group of the nation. the rates of the land and the rates of ther things are touching sky and that is why we are faceing lot of problems now a day.
i recently visited kashmir srinagar and i have seen people are useing black mony with out fear only 1 to 2 percent people are paying tax just for names sake .i wonder were is income tax department is are they sleeping after taking huge salries, nowthey are budden on the nation. if income tax people are relly intresting to take action in city i will help them.

I have a complaint regarding the rents in chennai, i stay in chennai and my owner collecting 5000 as rent and when i asked for a rent receipt and agreement he told that it is only a gentle man agreement and as i require the house i told thats ok and it is near to six months i am staying there and now he telling that he would increase the rent to 6500 and the reason he is giving is that he need to pay the loan amount and the interest rates have increased.
What is this, its not fair to do like that only after one year of stay generally they will increase the rent to 10-15% but he increased it to around 30% and aslo he is not giving the receipts which is really not fair and i want to raise a complaint against him.
please ask the income tax department to hava a ride to our home and ask for his income, my owner is a phd holder and he is working as a lecturer and his income would be around 25000 and he has given his house for rent and one single bed room is 5000 and double bedroom is around 11000(present) and he increased to 6500 and 14000 respectively and he gives all rubbish news can you please look in to this matter.

once i applied for my pan card through a tax consultant and i got the no which is (AEXPA3805N) but the card never reached to me and as the card and the no need very often to produce for various purpose and as it didn't reach me so i applied again and got a new no which is (ANDPA2955L) but not the card. when i checked it in the pan status in the income tax site than it was mention that i have to cancel one card/no immediately and accordingly i put the grevience in the site and the complain no is 95118135 and second time 95118506 but i am not getting any feedback and my card too so i request to all concerend officials to look into the matter.

Hello Sir,
I first applied for a pan car during Jan 2008. I was then informed that the card (PAN number BQPPS4418A, being first PAN) was sent to my native place (Shillong, Meghalaya) through mail. But I did not received any card nor the letter. It was confirmed by the Post Office that there was no letter sent for me from Income Tax Department (ITD). I then applied for a new card in year ending 2008 and PAN number BWWPS3989R (present number) has been alloted to me. When I check the status in http://tin.tin.nsdl.com it is still showing BQPPS4418A to be my PAN Card. But when I check my status in https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/knowpan/knowpan.jsp, i found out that my PAN number is BWWPS3989R.
So, I am now confused whether I have two PAN number (BQPPS4418A and BWWPS3989R) under my name or whether the previous number BQPPS4418A has been cancelled and then alloted me a new number BWWPS3989R. Could you please check, which is my present PAN CARD number and update me on this issue?

iam siraj basha from tirupathi, here so many financiers are earning through high intrest from their parties.here one person name V.RAMESH REDDY living in kotakommala street, Tirupathi.his mobile number is 9849043360, he is collectiing 9(nine) rupees intrest rate per one lakh, he is doing 3 crores and above per month turnover, mean while he is investing his total intrest money into SHRI RAM CHITS, the chit value is 1 crore, he is paying 2 lacs premium for this chit and he is also investing in private chits..He is very crual by colleting the money, he handle the customers in indiscent manner. i come to notice you that, he is earning this much of money, he is not at all paying any intrest to INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, his earnings per month is nearly 30 laks through intrest, he is liable for TAX. Please take necessary action to against him for TAX RETURNS..
