I am From Motihari Bihar. sir i approched to submitted to some documents according notice of income tax officer but he had not taken due topersonal reason. he said hum inka kya kare achar dalen le jaye or ek din aakar pure din baithkar ise milwayea hum aapka kaam aaj ki date mein kar denge.
he did not accept & give receipt. i am in fear due to it . please help me

sir iam registered income tax practitioner, during my visits to the local I.T Department in my district i have noticed that all 90% of the individuals appearing before the authorities of the I.T Department are not authorized representatives, they are ill-educated i.e they do not have any knowledge of either accountancy or tax laws .So where should i complaint

on 28.10.10. My Pan no-AAEEPA3300K. ON INQUIRY, I FOUND THAT MY INCOME TAX RETURN HAS BEEN ASSESSED IN THE MONTH OF APRIL'2011 AND SENT FOR REFUND AMOUNT OF RS.2340/- BY DELHI OFFICE, BUT MY ACCOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO TILL DATE. I HAVE
SAVING A/C WITH CHANDNI CHOWK BRANCH OF CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA AND MY A/C NO [protected] BRANCH CODE[protected]. ONE MONTH HAVE BEEN PASSED SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INTERVENTION AND SORT OUT OUR GRIEVANCES.

and this is happining all over india not only in some state today it dep is the most corrupt department as at all the level from the assessin officer he wants bribe i[censored] dont give u go to apple and at apple without giving money it can not be settel and small business people get harresed and some time they have to close there business.
on the name of information they ask the person to come to the i t dep and make him wait fr hours it is humiliation.
i hope some thing gets done about it
