I WANT TO REGISTER MYSELF AT INCOMETAXINDIAEFILLING.CO.IN SITE. BUT THE FORM ASKS FOR MY SURNAME AND DATE OF BIRTH. WHEN I GIVE MY SURNAME AND CORRECT DATE OF BIRTH AND PAN NUMBER IT GIVES ME A WRONG "DIGITAL SIGNATURE" ERROR. HOW CAN I KNOW MY MAKE MY ID IN INCOMETAXINDIA.GOV.IN SO

I filled the pan card form on 3rd march. my pan card reached at home on 17th march . my pan card made nsdl, But in this pan card Date of birth wrong. After that I filled the correction form on 22 march (uti). I want to register myself at incometaxindiaefilling.co.in site. But the form asks for my first name middle name& surname and date of birth.
When i give my surname and correct date of birth and pan number, it gives me a wrong name error. How do, i know my pan details like my first name, middle name, surname so that i could register and fill my returns online? Please give the solution for this its urgent, kindly do the needful and immediately

I have efilled my tax returns for the assessment year 2009-10.
while I am generating and uploading the XML file, I didnt mention the UTN (Unique Transaction Number). Please let me know how to I update the UTN and I yet to mail the ITR-V form to tax department.

I had applied for pan in the year 1999 and the same was alloted to me vide pan AJZPS2350K. I am using this pan since the date of receipt and regular assessee to ward 38(2) my address is A-3/19, Dal Mill Road, Uttam Nagar, Delhi-59. As my turnover exceeds the tax audit limit and mandatory to e-file my Income Tax Return for the asstt year 2010-11. In ref to the same I tried to e-file my said I-Tax Return but unable to file the return as some other person of same name(Deepak Sharma) r/o 79, sector-1, Vaisali Ghaziabad U.P-201012 has already filed his salaries income return from this pan vide ack no [protected] dt 31.08.2010.
further, from my tax credit avaiable at NSDL website in form 26 AS, I have noticed that a number of credits on account of TDS from Salaries from M/s OSC EXPORT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED having TAN DELO02928C are appearing which certain do not pertain to me.
From all above, it appears that my above pan is being quoted by some other person in his transaction.
Kindly look into the matter to find out and restrict the person who is quoting my pan his transaction.
Expecting you kind cooperation at the earliert so that I can submit my e-return in time.
