Dear Sir, My PAN No is AAYPG2259Fand refund Rs 2640/- for assessment year[protected]cheque no EQ[protected]N) was returned undelivered due to wrong House Address (Reference No CMPP6777360) dated April 19, 2011. I have written e-mails, letter to CPC Banglore and tried to contact on Help Line but could not get contacted. Neither I am getting reply nor my refund. SBI-CPC Bombay responded and advised to write CPC Banglore for refund. My humble request to CPC Banglore to respond atleast so that I feel that I am heard. I submitted my Return of income for the A. Year-2012-13, acknowledgement No-[protected]
with claiming Rebate of Rs 8990/- in due time. But still today I could not receive my Refund amount.

u can try to talk to [protected] although it is also useless and good in talking politely doing nothing. You can register a complaint at http://pgportal.gov.in/. But all these do not work with CPC. Ordinary post through letter only is accepted by them. so this also will not be responded. A mail from [protected]@cpc.gov.in with any attachments, you will find it will not open and u can do nothing about it. even God cannot act or do anything against CPC and we have to live like that in india.

How to reply to such demand notice sent from Bangalore?
I approached thrice IT Dept Chennai thrice, who were busy till 30th June 2012.
Still trying to contact them and hand over the documentary proof for having paid
2007-08 AY 2008-09.
Can any alternative available for us to send the feed back to Bangalore

I got a pdf file from cpc bangalore and it's not opening. There is no mail id given to send reply.
Its better pay Half of that Tax every year(who are salaried Employee please make sure that your Employer do not deduct more - make declaration maximum than later do not give tax to Gov).
These Tax department really - geting paid - for doing nothing.
Automatically tax will deduct from your monthly earning - if any refund then it is hell - 99% you wont get it may take 1 to 5 years if you are lucky.
if you had any trouble refund with tax department- Than Guys its better do not pay Tax next year on words.
Let them come to your home and collect - if they want - this is best way.
They provided mail ids phone number - all are time wast.
I tried emailing - help line - rising request on e-fill, posted spend around 50 INR, No use.
