LATE DELIVERY OF LPG FILLED CYLINDER

Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 37, Rajpur Road, Delhi - 54, and user of Indian gas . In our Area C. Lal & Sons (GAS) is authorized for Indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. Our consumer no. T35.

But regret to inform that every time when we booked for cylinder, filled cylinder we get after 13 – 15 days. This is happening from the last 2 years.

We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder
Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 71, block no 37, kaushik enclave burari and user of Indian gas . In our Area Parul Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

Every Year particularly in winter season we get our cylinder delivery in not less than 20 days and they take net booking 21 days after delivery of the cylinder. i.e our next cylinder delivery span becomes 40 to 45 days which are very difficult to manage for a family.
our consumer no. for this Agency is P-27037
booking date is 29.01.2008.
Expected delivery was 31.01.2008

but regret to inform that till today (08.02.2008) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

booking date is 26.06.2010.
Expected delivery was 30.06.2010

but regret to inform that till today (16.07.2010) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
