Dear Sir, Warm Regards. we are facing gas shortage and misbehave I beg to state that I am a customer of Indane Gas, having Connection no.17184, Name:- Govind Vallabh Bhatt Distributor:-Shiv Indane Gas Service, Khatima Ph[protected] and Mobile No.[protected]. we are facing to-much problems there given below, 1. They are charging Rs.300/- and giving bill to us 286.85. They are taking excess money to us. They are blacking openly 2.They have gas godown but they are distributing gas cylinder at Kutra crossing, why? they are not using there godown. and it is correct to distribute the cylinder at main road. and customer wait at main road on daily ? 3.They are not booking the cylinder and answered to us when the Gas Truck will come at Kutra Croossing then you can take the cylinder from there only. we can not book your cylinder. 4.No information given by them when the truck will come. 5. Daily we are in "Q" after 3-4 hrs. when we are calling them then they said The Truck will not come today and it is repeating Every day. 6.When the truck come they distribute only 25-40 cylinder while in a "Q" 100 peoples are there. Rest of cylinder they are taking for black from Godown. I saw them. 7.Once in a week they distribute only 25-40 cylinder. 8.But they informed to us by tommorrow Truck will come after waiting to many hrs. then they gave answered tommorrow the truck will come. 9. it is happening on regular no one look this matter and they rudly behave to the customer. I can sure that if you go through RTI, you will see the very surprising results. You can also take the action against this type of PSU or corrupt people, Please file an RTI application and seek all the information, whatever it may be, status of all new gas connection and allotted in order, what is the current status, why not putting the add, tel no and distributorship no. everything, which you need to proov them corrupt. just send rs. 10 postal order. make sure to take the action as you suffered but don't let suffer some one else and also its your responsibility to make aware others please let me know if anymore info require "[protected]@yahoo.com". for more info ab RTI visit.

Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.
Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.
