[Resolved]  Indane Gas — NEW CONNECTION NOT PROVIDED

dear sir,

we have applied new gas connection on[protected].as per the norms produced at super flame indane gas agency, valluvar kottam high road, (village road), nungambakkam, chennai-600034. application no: 1572/08/09/08.mariam fathima marsuka.
we have received provided gas connection conformation registered with acknowledgement postal letter on[protected]. when we approche the above said office they said didn't received the A.D.card till date.we check post office they said already delivered A.D.card.so, kindly take necessary action for this early as connection. thank you, ,

national gas service unfortunately i lost my booklet last two year i tried to to make new booklet
but they not maki while in my customer id 32020 they are doing booking when i forcd them
they sold my booklet to hawker and doing blackmailing lpg after some time they transferd
my customer id to unknown distributer

main ek new LPG.connection lena chahta hoon per jab main BHARTHANA GAS AGENCY, BHARTHANA ETAWAH (UP).per Dt.15/09/2009 ko 1pm gaya to manager ne Rs.4500.00
new connection ke bataye aur ek gas chulha lene ka dabab bana rahe hain kya ye uchit hai
Till today there is no response and said that INDANE GAS CO. not proveded new connections.
Kindly take action for providing me new LPG connection.

I have booked for new LPG connection in Feb 2011 at Cantonment gas supply agency . waiting list no. [protected] which is provided to me. I have meet many times for this. Till today there is no response and said that INDANE GAS CO. not proveded new connections.
