[Resolved]  Indane Gas Connection — Booking

I am consumer of PARUL GAS AGENCY situated at Jharoda, Burari, Delhi. My consumer no. is 25459. Whenever I book cylinder, on one pretext or the other after 1/2 weeks my booking gets cancelled and after making query company shifts blame upon the agency and vice versa. It smells that both are indulged into malpractices to loot the money of the public and they both in connivance of each other sell the cylinder to non consumers taking hefty money. They have no respect for their customers at all. With me they have done above said wrong on 21/06/2013 and my complaint no. was 952477 and again they done the same thing against refill booking no.[protected]-227135. Shame to both. They both are so daring to loot the public that they have no any morse and regret.

For many reasons including dadagiri and kalabazari of the cylinder, I strongly request through this complaint that the agency of Parul gas agency situated at Jharoda, Burari, Delhi-84 must be cancelled immediately to save the dignity and prestige of the company, if the company is not indulged into misdeeds carried by its agency.

gas booking date and booking no; change

My con no;1830.I booked gas on 8-02-15and booking no; 230402. When I checked booking status I got a message that booking date is on 27-02-15 and booking no; [protected]. Please check this complaint and avail cylinder immediately.
