Indane Gas Cylinder — Force to Purchase other products along with gas connection

I have gine to purcahse a new Indane Gas connection, there i am forced to purchase an appron along with that which hardly cost 40 to 50 indian rupees and it was given me for 280 Rs. which i never needed and i am told you have to purchase the same along with the connectio.

This type of corruption is going on in the dealeres area in Vashi - Mumbai.

It should be rectified and i want to take an qction against that...

I submitted my all documents on 14 May, 2008 at V.S. Gas Agency Mahendergarh to get a new Gas Connection with Rs. 3900/-. but till date I have no any gas connection. I asked at V.S. & he told me that now new connections are not started.

Indane cylinder — Non delivery of Cylinder and refused to provide Req. No.

I, D. K. Sharma, residence of 42, Vashundhra Enclave, Behind ATV, Mathura Customer no is 4429.

Complaining regarding non delivery of cylinder in time and refuse to provide Request Number against M/s Capt. Rakesh Gas Service, Near Bajrang Dharm Kanta, Maholi Road, Mathura, U.P. Tel. 2460016/20 and Email ID [protected]@indianoil.co.in

I launch a request (through STD Slip No. 4132 at 12:29:18) for delivering gas cylinder at my above cited residence on 21/11/2008. M/s Capt. Rakesh Gas Service refused to give me Request Number in this regard, but they promised me to deliver the cylinder on my residence upto 29/11/2008. But till date they do not do so.

If this is the way of handling the situation by your agents I am sorry to say that your department has lost the credentials.

I therefore would like to impress upon and request that the concerned agent may kindly be instructed for taking immediate necessary steps to take facilitate the consumers.

In for going the above I am compelled to approach you for your personnel intervention in the above said matter. If no action is suitably taken in this regard swiftly and the person responsible for these lapses is not booked under ibid law, I will definitely approach to the Higher Authorities for taking immediate stern actions.

Indane Gas — I had Registered my Gas Cylinder

I had register My gas cylinder on 16-march-2009 On 1260 At about 12 p.m my Registration is given to me is 107 till Date i had not received The Delivery my Gas connection no is 16527.

Sir myself Rakesh Varshney from meerut. Sir i need a gas cylinder since six month. but no body take response. so i request to you please take action on my request.

Indane Gas — Force full purchase

Dear sir,

Indane Gas has started a forcefull purchase on account of new booking..

If i have a stove which is ISI approved then why should i be forced to purchase new stove and that also selected by the company not by me.. I should have right to purchase brand and price range i prefer.

Here IOC is forcing customer to buy stove, appron, etc for Rs 5500.. which too have looking at the quality of the material.. They are only charge for their monopoly and custmer have no choice but to get cylinder from them

Can i do something for this.. I may be able afford this but there are thousands who cannot afford it and still want to have a basic need at there home.

i have a gas connection of indane gas at surat with pooja gas agency varachha surat since 07/07/2003 customer no.21027 with one cylinder.i want second cylinder but gas agency not give me second cylinder .what can ido?

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is with due regards i am reporting for one of INDANE gas dealer here in Satna (M.P). M/s Motwani Indane..
This dealer is unable to provide gas cyllinder within 10 days from booking. Resulting which we have to face problem while running our household activities.
Apart from having our connection there, this dealer is also accused of selling cyllinder in black.
As a consumer, i have a right to raise my voice against him.
Looking for a positive reply.

Hi Team,

Please to inform you that I was took a Indane connection from Hyderabad long back[protected] but due to the family issue I moved to Westbengal and surrendered the connection at Hyderabad Kalpana Gas Agency.

But in WB I took a new Indane connection[protected] but not able to register the Indane portal because my old profile is till active.

Can you please help me in this regards to deactivate the profile which is against the old connection.

Distributors Name : SREEMA (INDANE) DISTRIBUTORS, RAJA S C MULLICK ROAD, KOLKATA 700047.
I have forgotten my registered login id (ie username and password) and e-mail address also, which was filled up for registration.
Due to above, I am now neither able to login/signin my Indane LPG account nor I may do anything through online.
In view of the above, I request you to kindly do the needful so that either login id (username and password ) may be intimated to me to my another email id ( [protected]@gmail.com) or to WhatsApp number : [protected]. Otherwise, it may be deleted so that I may register for new username and password for login.
An early action in this regard is requested.

While filling up registration my email id was wrongly typed as [protected]@gmai.com for which I couldn't get my user id and password.My correct id is [protected]@gmail.com.
So plz send in me my user id and password in my correct email id or delete my old registration so that I could re-register a fresh.
