sir/madam
i am customer of indian gas .my customer no. is rf9544.
rajflamb code no.9107266 is my distributer.i always get delead to get my cylender by 10-15 days.my booking for gas on
[protected].till i could not get cylender.i have not get any answer by this agency.their behavior to customer is also not good.please consider my problem

Dear Sir,

I have booking one cylindre on dated 03/06/08 by phone. the agency told after 15 days they give me cylindre. after 15 days i have contract them on dated 16/06/08, they told me today vechile not avaible, so they send next day. Next day again many times phone but they not attaned the phone. So again 18/06/08 dated phone they told vichale not availeble. to day again phone, they told after 3-4 days if vichale available, they send the cylinder.To day they are not talk as a gentleman.
So Plese Do needfull action & I get the cylindre immediately.

We have lost our contract form while remodeling our house. The Dealer of Bhimavaram is asking contract form to change the new consumer passbook because old was full. Please suggest us to rectify our problem with dealer, and to obtain duplicate consumer or contract form.

I am a customer of Indian Gas since 2000 bearing consumer No. 22819. I have single cylinder and facing problem due to irregular supply of gas. I have gone to head office of Indian gas, Hyderabad for request of spare cylinder, but the head office people say spare cylinder to be booked at dealer site only. I asked to my dealer Sri Saila Gas Services, Suraram. They were refuse to book the spare cylinder. Kindly hepl in this regard and oblige.

I'm having facility of two Indian Gas cylinders. After I book one cylinder and receive the same, after how many days can I book the 2nd cylinder? Can I book the 2nd cylinder immediately on receipt of the 1st cylinder?

HI,

I reuire a new connection of indian gas, from last 4 months i am going to my nearest indian gas agencies, located at shushma, but every time i go next month, but next month has still not came.

PLease look into the matter,
PLease give me the tentative date so that i can get the new connection.

And one more request regarding new connection, what is the cost for purchasing new connect.

I have booked a cylinder on 17.02.2009 against my indane gas connection No.GT3185 by personally visiting the goodwill gas agency, P-31, Krishna Vihar, near Sultanpuri terminal, Pooth, Nangloi Road, Delhi - 86. Since, then I have visited the agency three times, time and again they have told me that the cylinder will be delivered at my residence the very next day. Two weeks have passed away but till date the filled cylinder has not been delivered to me. Even, the behaviour of the staff of the agency is not good towards the customers. Earlier, also I have posted a mail to your good office complaining about the misbehaviour and irregularities in supply of cylinders in time, but i think no action has been taken at your end. Therefore, I once again request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you,
