I AM TRYING TO BOOK THE GAS WITH OUR DEALER SHAHEED BIRENDER SINGH GAS SERVICE NEAR POLICE CHOWKI NARNAUL-REWARI ROAD,ATELI MANDI PHONE NO. AVAILABLE IS 275200, 276888. SINCE SO MANY DAYS THE PHONE IS KEPT ENGAGED. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO VISIT THE DEALER FOR BOOKING. MY CONNECTION NO. IS 775. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND TAKE SOME ACTION WHERE THE DEALER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEP THE PHONES CORRECT TO RECEIVE THE CALLS.
PL DO THE NEEDFUL.
I also called costmer help line no. .my complain no. is 499318 on 29 of MAY from there i didn't get the solution. Sir its my humble reqest to you to give me a permanent solution. I'll very thankful for your best solution

I have applied for new LPG connection by submitting the application on 7/04/2009 at Ahshirwad Gas Agency, Sector 11, Suman City Complex, Gandhinagar. I was informed that an letter would reach my postal address within 15 days. I am to inform that no communication has been received from you end till date. You are requested to kindly expediate the matter.

My Indane gas consumer no 13958 . The distributer GURU KRIPA GAS AGENCY. I booked my gas on 31 Dec,09 which was delivered after 15 days. we are told we can only book our gas after 21 days. therefore i asked for booking at Guru Kripa Gas Agency and i was refused booking saying "Apko to pichle hafte hi gas mili hai abhi ap 15 din bad booking karana". Then i had to book through the computerised booking system on 21st of Jan,10 which was deleivered to me on 7th Feb. when i wanted to book after 21 days on 11th Feb. i was again told to book after 15 days.Again i had book through computerise booking on 11.02.10 and my booking no is 19. I dont know when i would get the delivery? The gap between the booking and delivery is increasing every time.
Also it is unbelivably difficult to get through to this agency phones,even when we reach its so frusrating that they do not want to listen just hang the phone.

Sir,
My gas connection number is V16708 in Trimurti gas agency. The gas doesn't comes on time. We have complained for so many times but no action has been taken place. The owner of the Trimurti gas agency sells the gas cylinders in black for to which the gas cylinders are not delivered on time due to which people have to face problem. There becomes a criminal case on the owner of the agency. And i already have a conversation with the Indane gas agency Area in charge Officer whose telephone no. is 09899240215.
My residential address is h.no 121 K-1 extn mohan Garden New Delhi-110059 and phone no. is 9213600757. I am attaching electricity bill, identity card and PAN card with this letter.
