I have booked my cylinder on[protected] on INDRA PRABHA ENTERPRISES MITHAPUR, PATNA Agency patna circle bihar but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning.

I am consumer of Indane Gas Agency. My consumer number is GK8000. My gas dealer is Guru Krupa Indane in Vypar Kendra, Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon. (Code No.[protected] This dealer takes atleast 7-10 days for the delivery of the cylinder whereas the other gas companies deliver the cylinder in a day or two. First of all it takes 21 days to book the cylinder and after that it takes another 10 days to come. Hardly anyone picks up the phone and it takes atleast 30 minutes while booking the cylinder. There is also a leakage in the gas pipe because of which the cylinder lasts for only 20 days. I want to know that who is supposed to rectify this problem.

Indane Gas, Shastri Nagar Gzb — Regarding non receipt of calls for booking for gas and also delay in delivery takes more than 10 days.

I am facing regular problem in booking of LPG connection with Raj Gas Agency.Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. Either they donot pic calls or there network seems to be busy all the times. Also after booking they are taking more than 10 days for delivery. Which is directly the harrassment of the consumer. I want to bring into notice so that such type of irregularities may be avoided keeping in consumers intrest. So you are requested to remove this type of anomolies so that consumer should always be satisfied with their agencies.

There was a gas booking for the Consumer Number : ST9570 on 17th January, 2011. The order number for that is 19260. But as there was no delivery till 7th February, 2011 we went to the Gas & Gadget office and came to know that they did not find the booking entry. This is very unfortunate and UNACCEPTABLE from a customer point of view. Again we had to do a re-booking on 7th February and we yet to get the delivery. And the phone number of the gas & gadget office never works so that we can do a follow-up. I am going to ESCALATE this case to the higher level if I will not get the delivery to my home by 21st February, 2011.

Indane Gas — unauthorized sales

My name is abdul Jabbar Hakeem, i have Indian gas connection the gas agency is sub agent in our town, No proper delivery because he sells the domestic gass to hotels and resturents in higher prices, which he is not sapose to cell domectic gass for commercial purpose, more then 100 customers in your town is suffering due to this, We required urgent action in this matter

Indane Gas — Re: To issue IInd Cylinder on my connection

Dear Sir/Madam

I have gas connection on sai sewa Gas agency in vasant kunj. I had applied for IInd Cylinder on 14th December 2010 but still i did not get any positive response from Gas agency. I have contact there two three time for this they are saying that it will take more then 6 month.

I want to know that officially how much time it takes and why Gas agency owner is not providing cylinder.

Yes, I fully agree. If there's any doubt, I bet with the complaint cell to join me whenever I am going to book a gas refill next time. They are free to fix the venue. Is it possible the persons sitting in the complaint cell are ignorant of this fact? If yes, they must be a party to this nexus.

Indane Cooking Gas (Lpg) — complaint for leakage of cylinder

I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas (LPG) having consumer no. 51181. My address is RZ/235 GALI NO 2, NEAR NEKIRAM PUBLIC SCHOOL, RAJNAGAR PART 2 PALAM COLONY, New Delhi-110 045. The service provider for delivering the LPG Cylinder to me is Gauri Enterprises,Dada Dev Mandir, Palam, Raj Nagar, New Delhi.my cylinder is leaking,i have lodged a telephonic complaint on 21/02/2011 but there is no response.so kindly replace the cylinder.

I got new indan gas connection with single cylinder on 26-10-10. I request Hanumangarh gas agency to give double cylinder but they could not hear my request. please do need full action against agency.

Dear Sir,

I HAVE GOT TRANSFFERED FROM SOLAN TO BAREILLY AND SUBMITTED TRANFER OF GAS CONNECTION TO LATA GAS AGENCY BUT THEIR RESPONSE IS VERY POOR THEY HAVE CHECKED MY TRANSFER DATAILS ON INTERNET & CONFIRM THE TRASNFER OF MY CONNECTION BUT DENIED TO GIVE GAS CONNECTION ASKED FOR RENT AGREEMENT WHICH I HAVE SUBMITTED BUT AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE CONNECTION AND SAID THAT REGULATOR IS NOT AVAILABLE THEY ENTERED MY CONNECTION ON NET THEREFORE I AM UNABLE TO APPLY IN ANY OTHER DISTRIBUTOR DUE TO WHICH I AM GETTING FINANCIAL LOSS BECAUSE MY FAMILY DEPENDS UPON HOTEL FOOD WHICH IS COSTLY PER DAY I AM LOOSING Rs.1500 for FOODING OF MY FAMILY IN HOTEL.KINDLY SUGGEST ME FOR FURTHER ACTION IN THIS REGARD.
