Delayed delivery

Hi,

I've booked my cylinder on 18th of December '08 and they said that they'll deliver it within 7 days. Now, 14 days have past and still I haven't received any cylinder. I've queried twice and they said they're sending it on that very day, but nothing happened. My consumer details are given below:

I HAVE TWO CYLINDERS OF INDANE LPG. REGULAR REFILL CYLINDER IS NOT PROVINDING BY THE DISTRIBUTER. WE DEPEND SOLELY ON LPG. INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST OVER PHONE, REFILL CYLINDER IS NOT PROVIDED TILL DATE, STATING THAT LOAD IS NOT REACHED. EVEN THOUGH WE ARE COMING UNDER OPERATING AREA (ie ONE KILOMETRE FROME MY HOUSE) INSISTING TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE FOR TAKING DELIVERY WHICH IS INCOVENIENT FOR ME.DETAILS OF THE BOOKING FOR THE LATEST REFI LL IS

i have booked cylinder on 02-Oct-09 and they said that they i'll deliver it with in 5days, but today is 20-Oct-09, till i have not received the cylinder,
And one more problem the service man Mr.Krishnan is not a acceptable person,
He is asking coupon 5days before from the delivery, In our village most of the people were uneducated
so they also gave, the service man is selling it in Black for Rs.600

Sir,
Two years back I shifted from Chennai to Ambur (vellore dist). Since then I am having a big trouble getting Gas from Indane agency. Every time I have to go and fight for the cylinder. Met the owner of the agency two or three times but nothing changed. He asked me not to book through the phone, instead he wanted me to come to the agency with the customer card and book the gas. Even after booking through with the customer card no cylinder was provided. It takes a month for the delivery and the agency wanted the empty cylinder in advance, I got no idea why they wanted my empty cylinder in advance.

hi same here with our case i have booked cylinder on 11july, 11, booking no. is 1904, and also i have registered a complaint on 18th july, and complaint no. is ::: 147985 after that cylinder not delivered as they told me after 2 days you received your cylinder again cylinder not received and i have issued 1 more complaint through phone on their toll free no. 22307197 again they give me compalnt no . 404177 but cylinder not delivered yet .
