Refil booked through 24 hour service No.1260 on 4th August 2010 and the booked
number received as 29. But not delivered till date in spite of several reminders to
the agency named M/s.Anand Gas, Ernakulam. My Consumer number is

MALPRACTICE IN DELIVERING COOKING GAS REFILL - INDANE DOMESTIC COOKING GAS/INDIAN OIL
Same type of problem going on at Berhampur , orissa, as they gundas , we are helples , can one here our problems , Deler name is Ganjam Gas, Berhampur,Orissa distributor code is 89070295 ,as they not usely delever cylender taking ple that a shortage of gas cyclenders , and in market is is avilable in black
I have domestic Indane gas connection from Kitchen Best in CLW/ Chittaranjan,Dist:- W.Bengal. The Telephone No.-0341-2525476 & 2528002. Rgularly, it is seen that he is not supplying filled cylender gone 20-25 days after booking. He has also not displayig Area Manager contact Tel. No. in the permises. I am having a Indane gas connection in Lalita Park Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. I made complain to refile my cellender twice in last 45 days but i have not get any positive reply or refilled cellender tilldate. Please do the needful as earliest for this.
Complaint against agency - Pooja gas (indane dealers)
I am one of the customer of Indane gas and our agency is pooja gas agency(kakkanadu, kerala). i'm listing my complaints as below.
1.It is really really really difficult to book overphone. Whenever we make the call (0484 6494647) it is 'busy', not reachable and what not?and the other number is switched off (0484 6464648). Rt now i have tried to call them and just imagine i have done 93 calls!!!still i have not got it.That's y i have immediately posted the complaint.How can this happen?. Pls take this seriously.2 days before also i have done many calls . but i cud not get them.
2. What is the actual days required for supply? when people of some area(Indane connection itself) are getting within one weak or 2 weaks time we r asked to wait for 45 days!!
3. And the supply is not as per booking, n they r supplying like to as and whom they like.
Malpractices during delievering the oil - Indian Oil
I have noticed malpractices going on at Indian Oil Petrol Pump (Durgapura Road Mansarovar, Jaipur)
I went there and noticed while taking a petrol for Rs 50, the metre automatically jumped from 38Rs to Rs 50.
I called the senior official and then he told the guy filling the petrol to put additonal 50 Rs petrol and suddenly i realised then he too is involved in this malpractice.
Would like to request to please take some immediate action action against these.
i am vipin goyal consumer of your gas agency.i am from charkhi dadri,dist. bhiwani (haryana) ,. i wish to furnich that information about your gas agency . they are seling cylenders in black in 500 rupees. when we call him for booking of cylender first of all they will not pick your phone if they will pick they will tell you gas is not coming we will send you your cylender in 15 to 20 days . i think this is not your company rule . if we go for direct booking they will say us that come after 15 days this is your reg. number . your number will come afer 15 days . as you know that gas is very important for servive in this world. we dont have any other option . please kindly take any strong action. i hope you will solve out me .

Irregularities of Booking and Supply - Indane Gas by IOC
No Booking can be made over telephone, although the IOC has started a new BPO/Call Centre to register the bookings but it is worthless as I booked twice before and the Gas Cylinder came only after my intervention with the Distributor after nearly one month.
NOW I CANT MAKE ANY BOOKING OF MYU GAS CYLINDER OVER TELEPHONE

i am consumer of mohan & mohan gas agency near ashoka enclave.i have booked my gas on 19-01-2010
yet i have not recieved my refil.i tried his phone which is not responding.we are not able to book the gas on phone.they said you have to come at the agency. they always misguide us.
neccesary action may please be taken against him & informed accordingly.

My Last Booking was on 29 July 2010 and gas was deliverd on 06 August 2010 . Now after 21 days they are not taking my booking and saying booking only possible after 26 August and counting 21 days after delivery of cylinder ( 6 August )

I booked for a cylinder on 2september 2010. my consumer no is5911. but the cylinder is not delivered to me till date .the telephone no of the agency is 04962675499 but it is always engaged hence the reason for the delay is not known. kindly enquire the matter and do the needful
I am an old & only customer of venu gas, mannar, alappuzha, at the time of gas delivery, thirteen rupee ninety paise extra from bill amount is charged, ( Bill amount is Rs 366.10, I have to pay Rs 380 ) the delivery person says it is must to pay extra, I don't know why, my house is located within five km reach of the gas agency. Does we to pay more what is written in the bill to venu gas agency, which is an Indane Gas agency

I am not getting proper service from venu gas, mannar, alappuzha, which is the only one Indane gas agency near to my house, Due to bad service can I transfer the gas connection to another Indane gas agency for a better service. Can I ?

i am a consumer ioc fanchicee of jubilee gas agencies pala. i am booking a refill gas before 50 days. but they cannot respond to supply my lpg gas cylinder. many times i called but they cannot take phone, that ring ring only. my name kunjumon thachettu, pala, cust.no.116, booking no.5132, franchicee- jubilee gas agencies pala

I have a similar complaint about Anand Gas Kochi. I made a booking by phone about a month back. Thisafter trying to contact the agency by phone. They never pick up the phone. My booking number is 55. to date I have not got my refill. It is impossible to get them on the phone for they never seem to attend the calls. I am a working woman, how am I supposed to deal with a situation where you cannot contact the service provider?
This is a common complaint about Anand gas, that they do not answe the phone. Customers who have gone there to make a booking have witnessed the phone ringing amd the employees just ignoring it. The agency is in an area which is not easily reachable, the cylinder godown is in an even more godforsaken place, not at all safe for a woman to go to by herself.
what remedial measure can the company take? Iam not the only person who has such a complaint. the majority do not know how to use the net or whom to complain to.
I wonder if this is just a waste of time typing all this and if it will be attended to.
My consumer number is 14980.If somebody is really going to take remedial measures please make available a facility to immediately convey our grievances to the company other than just the net.
I would like to bring to to your notice that we, the residents of Mukkatukara, Thrissur are facing great problem in getting gas cylinder at the correct time, from Sooraj Gas Agency Nadathara, TCR- Ph: 0487 2426220. My name is Murali.P and my consumer no: 13713.I had booked the gas on 17th Sept and after prolonged delay and continuous request, the gas was delivered on 9th nov(after 56 days!) We have a feeling that they are selling these cylinders for extra money outside. Another thing is that the phone is always engaged, making it difficult for us to book the cylinder. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
