[Resolved]  Indane Vishnu Gas Agency Whitefield Bangalore — Non delivery of gas after booking, no contact possible

[protected] : Either Busy, or No Response

I have tried gazillion times for last 3 days to book Gas and unable to get the privilege to speak to them.

Guys,

Even i have faced some issues with indane gas.
Such as when i transferred my gas connection they took an extra of 50 rs in the 'sri Vishnu Agency' of white field.
The first gas refill when done at my door step the guy asked 20rs extra and the clarification was 10 rs he will give to the agency and other 10will go to his pocket.

I immidiately complainted about these two issues on IOCL website itself.
And i got the reply as they are working on it.
I am still waiting for my second refill to get the results.

But i would like to say that this really works.
As i first complained about not picking up calls and immediately IOCL representative took action and the owner of this gas agency called me up.
So instead of putting our complaints here and there we can directly put it on IOCL website.

Guys, I am shifting from New Delhi to Bangalore (in Kadugodi area), and was planning to transfer my gas connection to Vishnu gas agency. But after reading all your complaints, I guess I have to rethink about my plan. Could you please advise me what to do as I have indane gas, and I cold not locate any other indane gas agency nearby this area. I saw lot o[censored]nrest in the preceding comments, and people planning to lodge a complaint againg Vishnu Gas agency. Is there any improvement in his services now?

No body picks up the call at these numbers.
Recently I got to know that they a new service has started.
Now we can directly book our gas -
- Dial [protected]
It will ask for your gas agency's' number.
- Dial [protected] for Vishnu gas agency.
- Enter your Consumer number.
After this you will get a message on your mobile for confirmation.

Non delivery of gas after booking, no contact possible
I am a customer of Indane Gas past 6 yrs. I get my gas service from Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi Whitefield, Bangalore.
We have booked our gas two weeks before and then they said delivery will be within 3 days. We did not get the delivery and since then we are trying to reach them on their contact numbers but most of the time, a recorded MSG comes which says this telephone line is not working. But, when i tried in mornings, twice i got the connection i.e phone was ringing but no one picked up. When i tried again, i got the same recorded MSG that phone not working. This seems very fishy. First, their none of the phones are working past two weeks so we cant contact them. Also, in between how we get the connection and no one picks up.

This is bringing lot of mental stress as we are without gas past one week and eating outside. We might even get sick this way.
I don't know how to contact the agency or lodge a complaint to Indane gas regarding this. This way these people even are encouraging black marketing of gas and some action needs to be taken against them. Pls help!!!

Yes these stupid guys dont know the value of coustomers... Its better to cancel the license of those guys and give to someone who can handle it better... i am using indane gas service @ chamrajpet its really good... Indane gas why its keeping quite after hearing so many complaints from customers god knows... FIRST KICK THEIR ...

The worst agency I have ever dealt with. These people should get training from Raja Enterprises Peenya how to service customers.

I had a very horrible experience.
I booked the gas and then I followed up to know the status. Most of the times the phone is unanswered and if they pick they give the number of distributor.
The guy who was supposed to get cylinder to my house, on calling him he says he sent the cylinder back saying no one available to take the delivery. The reason he gave me was, my place is about 5KMs distance from his, and he cant get cylinder so far.
After waiting for 2 weeks this is the reason I get. And second time I booked, same thing is happening.
Please take some serious action on this. Indane should stand responsible for such behaviours. I see lot of complaints, then why are these not being addressed.

Hi All

I am also facing this problem for last one year. When I book the cylinder through IVRS, without delivering the cylinder they are cancelling the order. Then I personally need to visit to their office and get the cylinder.

Very very poor service by Vishnu Gas agency. Tried calling them several time. As everyone has mentioned most of the times no one picks up the call. I have lodged complaint against these people. But no matter how many times i lodge complaint every time i book gas same kind issue occurs again. Delivery guys whenever come to deliver the gas nowadays asks for 40 rupees as additional charges for delivery. Pathetic service. If I can provide a negative rating i would prefer providing negative rating for this gas agency.

Pthetic service by Sri Vishnu agency, I have booked cylinder on 6th March, and still waiting for delivery. When I call the booking number, it says the cylinder has been delivered...No response on the office phone numbers given..!!!

I have booked through 24X7 number and it has booked and generated reference id. After one week in has generated invoice also and I received message that I am going to get cylinder. Surprisingly I have received message that the booking reference id was cancelled and asked me book again or contact distributor. When I am trying contact them, I faced the same what other poeple faced here. Better to remove the agency from Sri Vishnu and give to some who gives good support for the customers.

For me same Case I have moved to Whitefield and started taking gas from Vishnu gas agency. Every month they delay the delivery and the delivery person come and ask for more money without receipt, which I don't give.I enquiry the customer care regarding delivery charge they told that there is no charge within 5KM .. after onwards 5 Rs/ Km.but delivery boy always ask 50 60 Rs per cylinder. and I have taken connection its 9 month now They dint provided booklet yet every month they will tell come next month and they dint came to home while taking new connection for installation. Please do something gov.

Yes. I agree that there are issues with delivery persons. Even though I didn't receive my cylinder, I got delivered SMS. Then, I called up the vishnu gas agency's mobile no. [protected]. I informed my problem to them. They told me that it would be resolved in 10 minutes. I also received a cylinder in 10 minutes. Please use this no. and give your complaints. This may be busy for some time. Try few attempts, it will be reachable.

Indane — delivary of gas too late always.

My c no is cx3280257 LPG id no[protected]. I booked gas on 21.4.15 ref no 243552.as per msg. Cash memo generated on 3.5.15. But till now it is not delivers.on enquiry they say tomorrow will be deliver. No tomorrow comes. Pl enquire.

i want a new indian gas connection. but distributor is want 3500/- rupees. but receipt give only 2950/-. then ask that i want receipt 3500/-. so distributor ask that not give u'r connection. so plz my help for a new connection

The delivery boys of Sri Vishnu gas agency are charging 40/- for delivery. Why do we need to pay extra ? Are they not getting salary ? As I refused to pay 40/- he didn't give the cylinder...how to take actions against such agencies?
