[Resolved]  Indanegas — non-booking of gas cylinder

I approached the GOURANG Gas Agency, Urban Estate-II, Hisar for new gas connection & visited the agency so many times but agency did not book my demand for new gas connection. Kindly help me for providing new gas connection & to be booked my demand by the gas agency. My house falls within the jurisdiction of agency. I approached the agency with proper relevant papers.

sir gas booking is 21 days and then cylender comes in 15 days then days are too longer is up to 20days
these are a total days 41 days

enterprises,but as we shifted from here i did not use it from 1992.now that we are staying in hyderabad can shift my connection from jyothi enterprises to bhagyanagar gas agency which distributes from our area.if so,can you please give me present address and phone number of jyothi enterprises.please treat it as urgent and cotavt me on my e-mail address.

dear sir, I am having the gas connection in my mother name Mr.Eswari no:15051 with M/S.Thirumalai gas agency tiruppur.
Last week 29th may 08 as per my request booked on 27th may I have received a filled cylinder as usual and the delivery man has delivered the filled cylinder in the morning at 10.30am and got back the empty cylinder and gone.But in the afternoon the delivery men has came back and shouted in my house that the did not received the empty cylinder back and argued with my mother.My mother did not expected this and she went to the neighbour house and get a empty cylinder and return again a cylinder.

After this we were went to the Thirumalai gas on 30th and complained about this but the disagree our complaint and they informed us that they are not responsible for this.

So I request you to take action and give me a feedback,

But next dated they not send, so again call they told next dated they send. To day again call they told vechile is not available, after 3-4 days later if vechile have available they send the cylindre.

So, Please sir do need full action.

Dear sir, I am from hyderabad, my consumer No-4511.I have booked twenty day's back.when i asked delivery boy say's your slip in office go collect when go to office they said you have to Again book if i agree to book come after book 15 day they
finaly they said tomarrow we send when i go next day's till they said we send after two day we send they give head office number compliant this say's

Indanegas — Not receiving calls & improper and below weightage of gas as per std.

I am from Agra, I tried lot but unable to book because of not attending call.And also I asked them, why are you not receiving calls? they are answering rudely.They are not properly and timely deliver the cycleder and therewere 2 to 3 kgs of gas was reduced in weight delivered by hawker.When we are want to get our cycleder from goodown there was no response and they backed everytime three to fourtimes.If we complaint leackage there was no response.

hi, i living in new delhi kirari. how can i get NEW CONNECTION

Dear sir, I am from New Mumbai Seawood, my consumer No-AI3888.First of all Anushka gas agency are not attending phone they kept busy full day & I booked previous gas from them was approx.5th or 6th sept'2008 then I tried to booked one cylinder on phone but they are not picking up the phone, kept busy full day(the MTNL recording saying that in Eng(The no. you have dialed is busy please try later)constantly onward 10a.m. to 5.30 p.mthen after my husband personally visited Anushka gas agency on dated 11/10/08 he booked the cylinder, they said they will send cylinder next 3 days but till dt I have not received, after that I am trying to contact them on phone from morning 10a.m. to 11.30 but still they are not picking up the phone & same MTNL recording is going on. So what should I do, just suggest to us. This agency is not close to our residence, it is approx.2k.m. We both husband & wife are working & we don't have every time to visit there personally, why this people are not picking up the, Please sir do take necessary action.

I am from DELHI, Iam a customer of shivanika gas enterprise at vivek vihar phase-1 shadara delhi.my consumer no is 39511. Cno 23104 on 10/01/09 refiil booked of indane gas Distributor Radhika Gas agency Vadodara Gujarat but not recd as yet .Also we cant get Kerosene to cook.That means Govt want to encourage the Black selling of LPG and Kerosene also.
This distributor has become a Hooligan and talks very rudely to us.This is almost over a month.pls help
