[Resolved]  India Infoline Limited — Pathetic customer service/ Harassment

I held few shares with India Infoline however since I was in need of money to pay my credit card bill, I requested ashok mohanty on 24 to sell off my shares and I also submitted a request to change my linked savings bank a/c from citibank (since it was now closed) to ICICI a/c. I was promised by Ashok mohanty that I will get my money credited around 17000 in my icici a/c by 27th feb, however later on 27th they sd they made a mistake and instead of changing the base a/c from citibank to icici they just added icici a/c. and they cannot transfer the amount to any other a/c other than the base a/c.

Sandeep said that the money will only be credited on TUE. But it still didn't happen. on wednesday ashok called me and sd that now they were able to fix the issue and he has got an email confirmation which says the amount will be credited by 7pm on friday on 5th march. but it still didnt happen.

On sat I called ashok who was still to reach office at 12 pm, so i called sandip, he sd he was out and gave me another no of Vijay to check, vijay confirmed that the transfer was done on 4th march and will chk with icici why the money wasnt credited and will call back. even 2 hours after he didnt call

I thought I will go personally to their office and check. Their office was closed, they closed much earlier than the scheduled time (they working hours on sat are till 4pm) but they closed the shop by 2 inspite of me raising concerns in the morning, no one called me.

I again called ashok and got his senior manager's no Mr george, He was fully aware about the case but didnt try to help at all, never apologised instead it seemed like It was my error for chosing their service, sd I cant do anything, I will call you back that what he said, and then he called to say that the money was transfered on friday, I am not sure whom to believe and then suddenly he kept the call and didnt ans the call.

it was a disaster, he was not ready to compensate any late charges I will incur due to them being late in paying my money. he just didnt come up with anything and its not that he didnt knew about this case now, he was fully aware about the delay but everyone involved was just complacent, apart from ashok calling me on wed, no one ever called me even once in this entire episode.

alll of them just behaved like inhuman pigs and gave me the worst service,

request you to please help and end this harassment episode

The manager Mr george was behaving just like a pig, no empathy,
Sandeep and vijay are just , who dont understand the meaning of Sir, I will call you back, they just forget everytime they say this.

Ashok tried helping but I guess, rest everyone in India Infoline are a bunch of duds, . no wonder the firm is just going down the drain
