[Resolved] India Infoline Limited — Debit Non Clearing | |
I have written to Indiainfoline one month back that I need to clear my debit balance but nobody contacted from your side I have also tried to contact through your customer cell and came to know that the person Mr Vicky who was handling my account has left the job. I was trying to contact him for last 3 months but without any success Then I came to know that Mr Sanjay Gupta would be handling my account. I spoke to him also 20 days back and he confirmed that he would come and clear all the things. But till date nobody came and nothing has been cleared. My debit balance has been incresaing from 31000 to now 37000. Please note that I would not pay for your negligence. This is totally unaccepatable to me. If you want to clear the account then depute somebody to clear the account within 7 days otherwise I would not clear any balance Please note that why should i pay for inaction from the company side.
