India Infoline Ltd. — Trading without authorization and information

I, Mr. Dipanjan Sur having an trading account (ID-DIPSUR21) and DP account ( ID-[protected]) with India Infoline Ltd. at I was busy with my business for last few days and have not trade much and also not watch the account and related documents. Now I got some time and saw my portfolio has been reduced in terms of no. of share which I had purchased. Then I saw some contract note for some days when I was not traded or that trade had been done without my concern. These days are as follows:

15/10/2008, 31/10/2008, 6/11/2008, 7/11/2008, 11/11/2008, 12/11/2008, 14/11/2008, 17/11/2008, 19/11/2008, 20/11/2008, 21/11/2008, 26/11/2008, 1/12/2008, 2/12/2008, 3/12/2008, 4/12/2008, 5/12/2008, 10/12/2008, 12/12/2008, 15/12/2008, 16/12/2008, 17/12/2008, 19/12/2008 and 20/12/2008

After detection, I immediately call my Relationship Manager Ms. Pallavi Majumder( Emp. Code- C60868) but she does not pick up my call. I send her SMS to stop trading and contact me. She stop the trading but not call me till date.

Kindly take some necessary action so that I can recover my loss either in terms of money or share.
