I wrote several complaint letters to following:- 1)Regd. letter to ASPM Mahmoorganj Varanasi 2)Regd letter B9787 Dt.16/05/2008 to Asst. Supdt. Varanasi West 3)SP letter EU[protected]IN Dt.10/06/2008 SSP Varanasi Cantt. & DG UP Circle Lucknow 4)Regd. B 2210 Dt.09/08/2008 to dakpal, (HSG-I)Varanasi cantt. 5)Regd. Letter Dt.-12/09/2008 to Hon'ble Central Minister of Communication, New Delhi. 6)Reminder courier dt. 16/10/2008 to Hon'ble Central Minister of Communication, New Delhi. but received no reply.After writing several letters and reminders i couldn't get reply from none of them and my problem is still awaited.I am becoming mentally as well as financially harassed.This thing is happening with the educated person.What's about the uneducated mass who beleive in postal services. i infome that i soumen mondal vill+p.o - amira , p.s - diamond harbour, dist - south 24 paraganas, pin - 743368 my a/c no: 2151079 due to interest pending a/c opening (29.03.2006) to till date. i meet post master every year but hopeless. post master told me its not my work.post office saving bank — non receipt of passbook
MY SB ACCOUNT NO 207544 WITH BHU VARANASI .THEY SEND MY PASSBOOK FOR INTEREST CREDIT TO HPO/VARANASI ON[protected].BUT STAFF OF HPO/VARANASI FAILED TO UPDATE ITI COULD NOT RECEIVED MY PASSBOOK FROM POST OFFICE TILL DATE.WORKING OF POST OFFICE NOT GOOD.

Sub: Urgent closing of the Account that was opened on 21, August 2006.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I entreat with you to help me to close my account. The 23000 rupees in the account has to decide my future now. When I started the account I was informed that it could be prematurely closed after one year. In the Pass Book also it is written that the account can be closed after one year without furnishing any reason. However now I am told that it is not possible.
This is not at all a complaint. It is an earnest request. I do not want any interest. I am ready even to pay any fine for closing it now.
Please help me. I would also like to know whether I would have any chance if I approach the Consumer Court and that too without harming any of the officials or agents of the Postal Services.
