[Resolved]  India Post — India Post's "Speed Post " service delayed delivery cost me loss of 4 Lakh

I had send an important document by India Post's "Speed Post" on 26th March 2008, from Pune to Mumbai. The document was needed to be reached the Mumbai office on 28th, but still today after noon the status of the mail is
