[Resolved]  India Post — Non Delivery of article ET[protected]IN worth Rs12000/- even after 40 days

Reg: Non Delivery of article ET[protected]IN worth Rs12000/- even after 40 days.
I have booked article from Chennai(Anna Nagar S.O) to Hyderabad(kukatpally-72) with article no ET[protected]IN worth Rs12000/- consisting of sarees weight of 2.5Kg on 13.12.2010
Delivery address:
M.V.S.chalapathi rao,
c/o yella reddy, plot no 154/A, house no 32-1105, second phase, allwyn colony,
kukatpally, hyderbad -500072.
The tracking shows the article bagged to Hyderabad on 14.12.10 at 1AM.

I have given written complaint to Anna Nagar s.o on 20.12.10 she not even forwarded to head office.

Later on I gave complaint speed post business office, Greams road. On 23.12.10
The complaint No is[protected].

They took 10 days to check the records. After that speed post manager S.G.V.Raman said bag number changed and sent to Hyderabad.

Total 7 bags to Hyderabad on that day through jet airways. All are delivered except mine.

Hyderabad people say they have not received the baggage, but Chennai people say it is under enquiry at Hyderabad.
Later I tried to contact parimal singha , director speed post (from 8 Jan 11 to till today) until know I am unable to reach him.
His secretary says either he is busy or out of station.
The secretary says she will inform him and call back to me. Nobody is called to me.
Even I have sent a mail to shanty Nair office.
We trusted you as it is the government organisation, nobody is bothered of my article in Postal department.
As per my understanding the article is lost/theft.
If talk about compensation to RAMAN he is saying double amount of postage charges i.e Rs266.(for a article worth of Rs12000). I have spent more than 266 to contact these people itself.

I am fed up in following them.
I want my article back. Kindly help me.
